Just made this and it is fantastic! Just what I need for my craft fayre. I've never done a pocket or a zip like that and found the instructions easy and gave me confidence! Thanks to you.
As a tip from when I made mine, if you mark on the pocket lining and measure on the front, it makes it a lot easier to match up. I love the zipper instructions though. Your tutorial made this so easy! Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing! I'm a beginner and I really appreciate this pattern. I ordered my sewing machine today, and I can't wait to use it. As previously mentioned in this thread, I will add a couple of inches to the pockets. Nonetheless, it's beautiful craftsmanship. ~Sharing is Caring
Hello :) I see the instructions in the blog but I was wondering, if you could list how much fabric ro buy for each apron? (Example 1 meter printed cotton, 1 meter interfacing, ect.)
Omg thank you SO much for this! I’ve been looking for a simple apron pattern that is just pockets for when I’m cutting my fabrics, stabilizers, etc. I don’t have a lot of room to cut, so I don’t ever have extra room for things like pens (bc of course we need 2-3 different pens for tracing patterns), scissors, rotary cutter, small rulers & DST. I usually wear my hoody, so I can use my front pocket to toss my pends, rotary cutter & scissors in but I really wanted a little apron w/ pockets to toss things in when cutting so I can just reach down and grab whatever it is I need.
I'm so glad I found this video. Exactly what I needed to make for my 1st craft show. I extended the 2 pockets by 2 inches because I have big hands but it turned out great. Your video helped along with the blog instructions. I can't wait to make more. Is $45-$50 a fair price to charge for these aprons at craft show?
Um the patterns are over lapping and not matching up. Can u do another video to show how u put the pattern together. And in another video I saw, she had 10 inches with the same pattern as yours. Idk but it's confusing.

Hi! It’s not my blog. I just made a video tutorial for it. :) It’s fairly straightforward though as the measurements are all there.
I love this apron. I think it would be great to wear at a quilt show as I'm always carrying around a bunch of stuff!

I charge $60 CDN for mine (shipping included) so I would say $45 is fair at a show. I’m happy my video helped. :)
Thanks so much! I just made it. I added a bib to the top.
You’re welcome! Great idea to add the bib!
How much interface in total do you think one would need?
I'm getting 1/2 metre of each material
You would need 20” x 19” plus the little flap. So 3/4 of a yard of Shapeflex 101 would be enough.
@@DaydreamsofQuilts thank you so much for the quick reply. I love this apron it will make teaching just that much easier next year.
@@lexivanstaden3531 You’re very welcome 😊
I can't get the pattern anywhere?
It should be at the blog post linked in the video description.
Adorable
Beautiful apron!!
I m a zbestie 💕
Thank you! 😀

It’s possible your printer didn’t print at actual size. Try printing again at 100% or actual size.
The pattern isn't free. It is $10, the description needs to be updated. Thank you for showing step by step how to make this,
Okay, thanks. They must have started charging after I made the video.
🖐🏼🤗
It’s not free 😢
Are they charging for it now?
