I think the reason why Otto state that he should have died in that cave maybe because a reveal will happen with how he is the eyes and ears of Pandora? That's been dominating my mind ever since I first heard his line and listening to your Otto=Pandora theory
Maybe there was a prison break in the capital. If that were to happen Sirius would probably cause chaos in the capital via her authority of wrath. It would also explain the damage to the surroundings (the fire/smoke).

I think Subaru will likely free Satella and that's how things will go bad for them, or i should say it will create a big trust barrier between them, because this is Satella we're talking about.
Keep in mind that Emilia could have seen futures that will be undone/fixed by RBD. Even Roswaal's book couldn't properly account for Subaru's time travel BS, so Echidna could be showing preventable/fixable futures to her since I doubt the trial can properly assess/simulate a timeline that gets rewritten/changed several times with RBD. Those bad end-esque scenes could still be either failed RBD loops or situations that aren't as bad with context as they are without. Nothing's gonna stop me from believing in the happy ending.
I think, no matter what, the three actual scenes shown during the trial in the LN (the first one especially) probably won't be undone and imo are key to the endgame of the story. Sorta like Dany's House of the Undying visions in ASOIAF

No no. With garfiel killing subaru... garfiel says "he promised" to kill subaru, under some kind of circumstances... I think it's similar to Julius killing aubaru when he was taken over by sloth. I’ve seen others mention this but both Petra and Felt sounded older than normal. This might hint at another big time skip or it’s how they will sound in the arc 5 anime.
I think Omega Echidna will be one of the final enemies when Subaru tries to save Satella, since Echidna hates the girl and wouldn't just let Subaru do it. Yet she ain't gonna be the final boss, that I believe is still Pandora.
since Subaru is shown on Rem's side in Emilia's vision i dont think she's talking to subaru, more likely she's talking to Emilia cause subaru also stands his hand for her. also Rem's tone in anime seems very comprehensive and caring, dont really seems like she's being harsh to someone like she's being with subaru right now.

Most important part there is the ''I promised'' part. Felix failing to bind someone's soul to their body could be related to this. Perhaps Subaru has Garfiel promise to kill him should things go wrong once he does something that causes him to leave his body, the factor(s) then take over his body and he becomes something akin to the murder-puppet Subaru in that one deleted unthinkable present. Felix cannot bind Subaru's soul back to his body and Garfiel sets out to end the abomination that was once Natsuki Subaru, before doing so he declares that line to remind himself why he's attacking his former brother. Despite all this, I'd like to believe Subaru will survive along with Emilia and the visions Echidna displayed are all preventable/fixable timelines.

Although I think the point of the last trial is to only ever show the bad futures, the disaster yet to come. Forcing the participant to accept it or not. It is not Rem and Subaru because that would mean Subaru is literally calling Rem a Hero dude. The kid thing and Subaru calling someone a hero and a hero you will ever be and you can literally actually hear in anime Reinhards voice. Also she said there both male. In this trial Subaru may stop having the illusion of being some Hero and stop being a Hero to Rem as well since Rem no longer views him as such only the Arc 3 version of herself that manifested from her own self delusions and problems.

Given your interpretation of Al’s vision, I’m leaning more into the idea that he’s the second sage candidate. For those who have forgotten, Roswaal stated at the end arc 4 (wn) that there are two Sage candidates, and that Subaru is the closest to becoming a sage. The one requirement to be a sage that we know of is to be qualified to participate in a witch’s tea party, which we can assume Al is since he know’s Satella. Other than that, his abilities are the closest to the only known sage candidate in the series. Other than that, the word sage (or wise man depending on how the word is translated) has the connotation of a person who knows a lot of things, and is generally experienced in life. Subaru’s Return by Death helps him both gather information, as well as helping him live a life of experience. Furthermore, his Cor Leonis helps him gather more information he shouldn’t normally know, which helps him. Al’s rewinding abilities also help him in the same manner as Subaru’s Return by Death. Another thing to consider is the case of Hoshin of the wastes. It was said in arc 5 that one might consider Hoshib a sage in his own right. I don’t know if he’s actually a sage, but that comment leads me to think he at least possesses at least one of the traits needed to be called a sage. There is the fact that Hoshin knew Echidna, which obviously helps this claim, but I think the most important thing when it came to Hoshin being considered a sage by the public is the fact that he made long lasting changes on the world. What I’m saying is that you probably won’t be called a sage if you haven’t done something huge enough for the world to notice you. Right now Al and Subaru is set to fight in a civil war that is set to change the course of world history, and if they contribute enough, they might actually be called a sage at the end.

Subaru and Roswaal talked about their contract, religion, od laguna, the fact that he wants to revive Echidna, as well as the fact that he needs Subaru to become a sage. This is probably one of the most important talks when it comes to the world’s history and lore.
Everyone trying to figure out why Garfiel would want to kill Subaru, but I think it's going to be due to some arrangement between him and Subaru -- in other words, Garfiel is tasked with killing Subaru if something goes wrong so that Subaru can restart.

Looks like I'm horrible at identifying voices. Either way theres two things i disagree on. The first is the possibility of Emilia hating Subaru in her vision because it literally makes no sense, but i do think it will be Sirius. The second is that Al is talking to Satella. She asked Subaru to kill her. Not Al. Satella also can clearly differentiate someone's face (unlike Shaula) so it's not like she got got them mixed up. It's possible it was Satella, but i really doubt it. Edit: Another thing to add onto the Al stuff. If he is the sin archbishop of pride (which he most likely is) then Subaru will need to kill him and that has a very good chance of happening before arc 11, so this could be something that's said during the shadow garden. The only problem with that is that Satella asked Subaru to kill her and not Al. How many people are capable of killing someone immortal? Not many i would think. I think it has more to do with the Priscilla camp because again i doubt that Satella would mistake Subaru and Al as the same person, when it's clear they are very different people, down to the hair colour, and not to mention she loves only one person.
That’s where we get into the speculation that Al is a failed “subaru”, al knows Satella, and al was extremely saddened when Priscilla killed the apparition of Satella, al also couldn’t attack Satella despite attacking everything else. The only person I can see Al not attack is Satella. Maybe we will see more in the future.

So it’s not like she is mistaking him for Subaru and not to mention she have Subaru the entire witch factor, so why wouldn’t she just give it to al to begin with. Like they were both in the Re:zero world before, but don't remember. The thought that Al could be Flugel did pop into my mind, but I'm not sure if that's even possible. She clearly summoned Al for a reason, but i don't think it has anything to do with her loving him. It's a weird mystery, but if theres any point in the story where we find out about Al's connection to Satella it would have to be this arc, assuming that and assuming he's pride. Then it's safe to assume he won't last long, and with that logic the scene would have to be pretty soon, so it's not like we have to wait that long to find out, which is good because i want answers and Satella is one of my favourite characters, so it goes hand and hand.

Calling it now, the person Emilia says she's always hated is Puck. The guy's a pretty bad father, all told, and if it's revealed to Emilia that he'll end the world if she dies (And/or if the destruction in the Royal Castle is the result of him wanting to protect her somehow), I could see her losing it on him. What I'm interested in are the Future Lines Tappei revealed on his Twitter. I'd love to see you do an analysis of them, too.

Wait . . . That description and those circumstances fit Elsa perfectly. In the Light Novels, Elsa's lingering spirit or something is seen inside Garfiel during Arc 5 at several times, both as a voice in his head and as a physical being that only he sees. If something happened, and Elsa possessed Garfiel, well, she *has* promised to send Subaru to meet the angels, after all. It would actually explain a lot of things about this vision.
@Jakez123, at 6:10 If this is a conversation between Subaru and Reinhardt in Arc 7, then the only way to reach this when they are dealing with Sphinx. Sphinx can make magic circles to prevent Divine Protections. Then, there is clear explanation on how Louis will fight them. Remember that Stride Vollachia had died in Picoutatte (where Otto lived). But nothing was mentioned about the rings in his hand after his death. So the person who has these rings is Sphinx. The rings has power to control people. So Sphinx controlled Louis to attack Reinhardt and Subaru.

No because Emilia was talking about someone she cared about but regrets ever meeting them. Emilia doesn't like Pandora and I highly doubt Emilia will "aid" Subaru with Pandora it would be more along lines of Subaru aiding Emilia against Pandora since Emilia seems to be only one who can actually kill her.
What's most intriguing to me is how accurate this trial seems and how it might have been made in the first place. The first 2 was based on memories to recreate situations. However to be able to predict so many things goes way farther. While we know Echidna has the book of wisdom, if it was the source, then this book would be more omniscient than it seems. While obviously without flaws. Considering most of these seem pretty bad, it's likely that some will be in failed loops of Subaru. Which fits a "possible " future, since it wouldn't technically be the the actual future from others perspectives. Combined with all of the interests and knowledge in Subaru and it really makes you wonder how much they know, and why they are so hands off about it if they know so much. I just think the connections are more conspicuous the further you dig.
The book of Wisdom is likely a prototype for echidna's authority of greed, which most likely is the ability to gain knowledge through some method. Which allows her to indulge in greed.

Emilia's first vision stating she always hated someone i always think back to her initial reaction to Priscilla in arc 3 in the capital hiding under her cloak and wanting to get away from her. I also think to Felt stealing the insignia as well being another possibility - these 2 are definitely candidates for the person she is speaking to in my opinion considering felt seems very hellbent on shaking things up in Lugunica as a ruler and Priscilla is just Priscilla. Many options here - honestly Sirius seems least likely to me. I would be more inclined to say it might be even Subaru after being consumed by the witch factors or something as a crack theory

7:55 I have a theory how Al knows Ram. Pandora used her authority to divide Ram's horn by creating Rem. Al resisted Pandora's authority, due to having Pride, and managed to keep her memories of Ram with 2 horns. Probably Ram caused a big influence in the original timeline and due to that Pandora had to change it.

I think pandora's ability is to make illusions so strong you cannot discern them from reality. She made Juice kill Fortuna by making Juice see Fortuna as herself. When pandora is killed, it's just an illusion that is killed.

My personal theory is that Subaru will get taken over by the witch factors he obtained . He will beg Garfiel to kill him (At this point , I believe that Garfiel has become nearly as strong as Reid ) , because Subaru realised that he can´t control his witch factors any more . In arc 5 , Sirius stated that Betelguese will take over Subaru one day so it´s definitely possible to get taken over by his witch factor .Also we can see that Subaru is in massive pain , everytime he overuses his ability (even though it doesn´t seem to happen when he uses Cor Leonis) , so we can assume that everytime he uses his witch factors , he´ll lose more and more control . Maybe his greed and sloth witch factor manifested as such weak abillities because his subconsciousness is protecting his soul .(Sorry for my bad English skills.)
I agree that it's almost certainly someone important to her (my money is on either Puck or Subaru) but my impression is that for this scene to have the right kind of weight, it would have to be a genuine betrayal of Emilia's beliefs. Puck would destroy the world to protect Emilia. Subaru isn't that far behind him. What if Subaru really does find himself in a no-win situation? Since arc 4 we've been building up to that. So far Subaru's power with RBD has allowed him to save everyone (well, all the characters we care about anyway). Let's imagine a scenario where that is no longer possible. Let's imagine a future where Subaru needs to decide who lives and who dies. And who will he never allow to die no matter the cost? Emilia. What if Subaru picks Emilia over someone else, a lot of someone elses, maybe a whole city or even the whole world? What if that scene in the anime is showing the ruins of the capitol city and Subaru had a chance to save everyone but at the cost of Emilia's life? Instead he chooses to save Emilia and everyone else dies. Imagine the weight of guilt on Emilia. She'd have to recognize the truth that if she had never met Subaru, he would have saved the city and hundreds of thousands of people would still be alive. It's too much guilt for her and she curses Subaru. He's betrayed her wishes, her values, and her trust for selfish reasons. She never wanted him to sacrifice the world for her but she now understands that Subaru is not a 'hero', and he could never have done anything else than rescue the woman he loves at any cost.
The one problem you have with this comment is that Emilia has never looked at Subaru being some Hero only Rem and random rumors of him being one. However your entire prediction kinda predicting what Arc 7 is going to be like but with Rem and her disillusioning of who Subaru is. Given Subaru has a self delusion of himself of being a Hero that wants to save everyone without even wanting to spill blood, Subaru should learn some Heros in Final Fantasy 14 XD
If Vollachia starts a war with Lugnica at the end of arc 7, Reinhardt might have to step in and just destroy them. If Subaru doesn't get turned back into an adult, the kid he might be referring to is Himself, Louis, and Cecilus. At this point, with the Pleiades Squad, it seems unlikely he'd be able to just sit back and watch Vollachia be destroyed, if it means the Pleiades Squad will have to perish as well. If they find a way around Rein, Vincent might make it to the capital eventually. There, Emilia might defeat him, and that's where she says the line. Also, if any of the violence brought on from the conflict comes to the sanctuary, Garfiel will try to kill Subaru over it. That is, after all, the first thing he told Subaru when he agreed to join him.
From my understanding Tappei has an outline for what he wants to achieve in each arc. From memory though re zero was planned to have 9 arcs total. However Tappei wrote in 2 extra arcs. Of the 2 “extra arcs” we know what one of them is - Arc 2, the main process for adding arc 2 was to build subaru/Emilias relationship because without that subaru and Emilias arc 3 argument would’ve had no real impact, just random trivia I guess. But in short Tappei knows what he has to do
I still think that in Emilia's palace vision she expresses her hate towards Subaru. It makes no sence for her to hate Fortuna from the beginning (and she probably refers to "very beginning" hence the "never met" phrase), as we can see how deeply she cares for Mother Fortuna. Echidna also makes little sense because Emilia had no reasons to deny any hatred or ill thinking towards her if she had any. But Subaru is another story. From her perspective when they first met he saved her life. Later on he did this over and over, he confessed his love to her. My theory is that Emilia hates Subaru but she can't understand why, the very same way Subaru can't rationalize his feelings for Satella. And kind and righteous Emilia feels simply WRONG for feeling hatred towards someone who has done nothing wrong to her. Moreover, for the one who did all the things Subaru did for her sake. Naturally she feels guilty for it, denies it, rejects it. However, she probably finds the true reason for her hatred during that scene and this is her last and ultimate breakup with Subaru.
We could also look at their first meeting from the Arc 1. Emilia tried to ditch Subaru several times even to the extent of presenting herself as Satella before him. She first agreed to join forces only because of Puck remarking that Subaru has no ill intent and can be a good shield. It is quite unusual for Emilia to behave this way considering her overall naivity, kindness and craving for friendship. So it might be assumed she really doesn't like him to begin with - and if he helped her with the insignia, she would apologize for feeling this way (not only for giving the wrong name). In Arc 2 she feels guilty for hating him in the first place. In Arc 3 she finally finds a righteous-enough reason to get rid of him. And since the ending of Arc 3 till the present state she keeps denying and concealing her hatred, because from her point of view it is wrong to hate her savior and the man who truly loves her. Emilia obviously doesn't like this ongoing conflict between her feelings and her righteousness, so she secretly wishes for her and Subaru to never meet each other to begin with - probably denying this as well, for now.
Nah, Pandora is likely the most obvious and sensible candidate. It's explained in the side stories why Emilia tried to ditch Subaru and it was simply because she didn't understand why he wanted be around her.
That theory with siruis makes perfect sense. But i dont see how sirius could make THAT much destruction. I choose to doubt tappei's words about frederica being key character in arc 11. It just doesnt make sense. She isnt that important to the story so far. We know tappei likes to troll people in his qnas. I hope louis doesnt get redempted. If she does it better be very satisfying and not just "nooooooo she is a loli we cant kill her". Currently my expectations from her redemption is high or i will be very salty about it. Subaru suffered way too much because of her. Far from anybody else. Also considering Rom's words should we expect a time skip between arc 7-8 or 8-9? Dont forget petra also sounded mature in her part. I believe we will see a big time skip in the future. Rest of your theories are reasonable. keep up the good work.
The reason Sirius can actually do it is because of her authority. Louis being green spirit and her being redeem may have something to do being Subaru new spirit user if beatrice ends up dieing.

It's been alluded several times in side materials that Frederica's lineage on her father's side is unique. Not to mention we are 4 and a quarter arcs away from the end. We shouldn't be dismissing any possibilities when we honestly have no idea what Tappei's planning. All speculations are just that: speculative.
I don't know if Jakez will see this comment, but i have a question about Ram: does she still have the Oni Horn? Maybe i'm wrong, but it seems like she still have the horn in the last scene (i don't read the novel, sorry for the lack of knowledge about the future of the series. Also sorry for the bad english)
She doesn't have her horn, but she can tap into her oni power for a very short time span, in the novel it was described as a fraction of a second that put immense strain on ram. Ram keeps herself "shackled" and then "releases the shackles" when she wants more power, but she gets hurt when does so. Her horn lit up (Well, the scar where her horn used to be) because at that moment she used her oni power for a fraction of a second to steal roswaal's book.

Maybe there was a prison break in the capital. If that were to happen Sirius would probably cause chaos in the capital via her authority of wrath. It would also explain the damage to the surroundings (the fire/smoke).

I think Subaru will likely free Satella and that's how things will go bad for them, or i should say it will create a big trust barrier between them, because this is Satella we're talking about.
Keep in mind that Emilia could have seen futures that will be undone/fixed by RBD. Even Roswaal's book couldn't properly account for Subaru's time travel BS, so Echidna could be showing preventable/fixable futures to her since I doubt the trial can properly assess/simulate a timeline that gets rewritten/changed several times with RBD. Those bad end-esque scenes could still be either failed RBD loops or situations that aren't as bad with context as they are without.
Nothing's gonna stop me from believing in the happy ending.
I think, no matter what, the three actual scenes shown during the trial in the LN (the first one especially) probably won't be undone and imo are key to the endgame of the story. Sorta like Dany's House of the Undying visions in ASOIAF
I hope all of those scenes will be shown through Subaru's perspective, it would be a waste not to use them in failed loops

No no. With garfiel killing subaru... garfiel says "he promised" to kill subaru, under some kind of circumstances... I think it's similar to Julius killing aubaru when he was taken over by sloth. Subaru most likely asked garfiel to kill him, for a restart or something in that train of thought. He might be bound or incapacitated in a way he cant kill himself to restart
But he was quite angry when he said that, compared to Julius feeling regret

Although this is the main route, this route is called envy route. Maybe Subaru will turn against everyone in order to save Satella and might make "not so good" actions to reach that goal. Subaru already said that he would go against the whole world to save Satella
That would also explain why Garfield said that to Subaru and why Subaru said the same phrase to Reinhardt that he said in the Pride IF.

Apparently the LN version is a mistranslation. The WN translation is more accurate. Of course the hidden name is 3 Japanese characters, which can be written as “Satella” (since Satella has 3 Japanese characters and her name fits with my theory)

I’ve seen others mention this but both Petra and Felt sounded older than normal. This might hint at another big time skip or it’s how they will sound in the arc 5 anime.
I think Omega Echidna will be one of the final enemies when Subaru tries to save Satella, since Echidna hates the girl and wouldn't just let Subaru do it. Yet she ain't gonna be the final boss, that I believe is still Pandora.

Most important part there is the ''I promised'' part. Felix failing to bind someone's soul to their body could be related to this. Perhaps Subaru has Garfiel promise to kill him should things go wrong once he does something that causes him to leave his body, the factor(s) then take over his body and he becomes something akin to the murder-puppet Subaru in that one deleted unthinkable present.
Felix cannot bind Subaru's soul back to his body and Garfiel sets out to end the abomination that was once Natsuki Subaru, before doing so he declares that line to remind himself why he's attacking his former brother.
Despite all this, I'd like to believe Subaru will survive along with Emilia and the visions Echidna displayed are all preventable/fixable timelines.

Although I think the point of the last trial is to only ever show the bad futures, the disaster yet to come. Forcing the participant to accept it or not. You pass by accepting that could be your future and fail by refusing. Emilia accepted that was the future but had the resolve that she could still change that.

The kid thing and Subaru calling someone a hero and a hero you will ever be and you can literally actually hear in anime Reinhards voice. Also she said there both male. In this trial Subaru may stop having the illusion of being some Hero and stop being a Hero to Rem as well since Rem no longer views him as such only the Arc 3 version of herself that manifested from her own self delusions and problems.

Given your interpretation of Al’s vision, I’m leaning more into the idea that he’s the second sage candidate.
For those who have forgotten, Roswaal stated at the end arc 4 (wn) that there are two Sage candidates, and that Subaru is the closest to becoming a sage.
The one requirement to be a sage that we know of is to be qualified to participate in a witch’s tea party, which we can assume Al is since he know’s Satella.
Other than that, his abilities are the closest to the only known sage candidate in the series.
Other than that, the word sage (or wise man depending on how the word is translated) has the connotation of a person who knows a lot of things, and is generally experienced in life. Subaru’s Return by Death helps him both gather information, as well as helping him live a life of experience.
Furthermore, his Cor Leonis helps him gather more information he shouldn’t normally know, which helps him.
Al’s rewinding abilities also help him in the same manner as Subaru’s Return by Death.
Another thing to consider is the case of Hoshin of the wastes.
It was said in arc 5 that one might consider Hoshib a sage in his own right.
I don’t know if he’s actually a sage, but that comment leads me to think he at least possesses at least one of the traits needed to be called a sage.
There is the fact that Hoshin knew Echidna, which obviously helps this claim, but I think the most important thing when it came to Hoshin being considered a sage by the public is the fact that he made long lasting changes on the world.
What I’m saying is that you probably won’t be called a sage if you haven’t done something huge enough for the world to notice you.
Right now Al and Subaru is set to fight in a civil war that is set to change the course of world history, and if they contribute enough, they might actually be called a sage at the end.

@@capitalists1526 I don’t remember which chapterexactly, but it was the talk in the tomb between Subaru and Roswaal after the great rabbit fight, right after Beako talked with Roswaal alone.
Subaru and Roswaal talked about their contract, religion, od laguna, the fact that he wants to revive Echidna, as well as the fact that he needs Subaru to become a sage.
This is probably one of the most important talks when it comes to the world’s history and lore.
Everyone trying to figure out why Garfiel would want to kill Subaru, but I think it's going to be due to some arrangement between him and Subaru -- in other words, Garfiel is tasked with killing Subaru if something goes wrong so that Subaru can restart.

Looks like I'm horrible at identifying voices. Either way theres two things i disagree on. The first is the possibility of Emilia hating Subaru in her vision because it literally makes no sense, but i do think it will be Sirius. The second is that Al is talking to Satella. She asked Subaru to kill her. Not Al. Satella also can clearly differentiate someone's face (unlike Shaula) so it's not like she got got them mixed up. It's possible it was Satella, but i really doubt it.
Edit: Another thing to add onto the Al stuff. If he is the sin archbishop of pride (which he most likely is) then Subaru will need to kill him and that has a very good chance of happening before arc 11, so this could be something that's said during the shadow garden. The only problem with that is that Satella asked Subaru to kill her and not Al. How many people are capable of killing someone immortal? Not many i would think. I think it has more to do with the Priscilla camp because again i doubt that Satella would mistake Subaru and Al as the same person, when it's clear they are very different people, down to the hair colour, and not to mention she loves only one person.
That’s where we get into the speculation that Al is a failed “subaru”, al knows Satella, and al was extremely saddened when Priscilla killed the apparition of Satella, al also couldn’t attack Satella despite attacking everything else. The only person I can see Al not attack is Satella. Maybe we will see more in the future.

So it’s not like she is mistaking him for Subaru and not to mention she have Subaru the entire witch factor, so why wouldn’t she just give it to al to begin with. There aren’t many other possibilities tho so I would say it’s best to see how this arc turns out because Al most likely won’t last much longer if he ends up being pride. Either this arc or the next will be it for him.

Like they were both in the Re:zero world before, but don't remember. The thought that Al could be Flugel did pop into my mind, but I'm not sure if that's even possible. She clearly summoned Al for a reason, but i don't think it has anything to do with her loving him.
It's a weird mystery, but if theres any point in the story where we find out about Al's connection to Satella it would have to be this arc, assuming that and assuming he's pride. Then it's safe to assume he won't last long, and with that logic the scene would have to be pretty soon, so it's not like we have to wait that long to find out, which is good because i want answers and Satella is one of my favourite characters, so it goes hand and hand.

Calling it now, the person Emilia says she's always hated is Puck. The guy's a pretty bad father, all told, and if it's revealed to Emilia that he'll end the world if she dies (And/or if the destruction in the Royal Castle is the result of him wanting to protect her somehow), I could see her losing it on him.
What I'm interested in are the Future Lines Tappei revealed on his Twitter. I'd love to see you do an analysis of them, too.

Wait . . . That description and those circumstances fit Elsa perfectly. In the Light Novels, Elsa's lingering spirit or something is seen inside Garfiel during Arc 5 at several times, both as a voice in his head and as a physical being that only he sees. If something happened, and Elsa possessed Garfiel, well, she *has* promised to send Subaru to meet the angels, after all. It would actually explain a lot of things about this vision.
Emilia's future trial could gave us some hints but this leave us more questions.

@Jakez123, at 6:10 If this is a conversation between Subaru and Reinhardt in Arc 7, then the only way to reach this when they are dealing with Sphinx. Sphinx can make magic circles to prevent Divine Protections. Then, there is clear explanation on how Louis will fight them. Remember that Stride Vollachia had died in Picoutatte (where Otto lived). But nothing was mentioned about the rings in his hand after his death. So the person who has these rings is Sphinx. The rings has power to control people. So Sphinx controlled Louis to attack Reinhardt and Subaru.

No because Emilia was talking about someone she cared about but regrets ever meeting them. Emilia doesn't like Pandora and I highly doubt Emilia will "aid" Subaru with Pandora it would be more along lines of Subaru aiding Emilia against Pandora since Emilia seems to be only one who can actually kill her.
What's most intriguing to me is how accurate this trial seems and how it might have been made in the first place. The first 2 was based on memories to recreate situations. However to be able to predict so many things goes way farther.
While we know Echidna has the book of wisdom, if it was the source, then this book would be more omniscient than it seems. While obviously without flaws.
Considering most of these seem pretty bad, it's likely that some will be in failed loops of Subaru. Which fits a "possible " future, since it wouldn't technically be the the actual future from others perspectives. Combined with all of the interests and knowledge in Subaru and it really makes you wonder how much they know, and why they are so hands off about it if they know so much.
I just think the connections are more conspicuous the further you dig.
The book of Wisdom is likely a prototype for echidna's authority of greed, which most likely is the ability to gain knowledge through some method. Which allows her to indulge in greed.

Emilia's first vision stating she always hated someone i always think back to her initial reaction to Priscilla in arc 3 in the capital hiding under her cloak and wanting to get away from her. I also think to Felt stealing the insignia as well being another possibility - these 2 are definitely candidates for the person she is speaking to in my opinion considering felt seems very hellbent on shaking things up in Lugunica as a ruler and Priscilla is just Priscilla. Dude even called Heinkel an embarassment for not going to the expedition of the white whale, but Heinkel just pseudo lost his wife and went downhill because of it. Willhelm can't be sympathethic to his own son, the only one who was was theresia. In all honesty, I like Heinkel more than Willhelm for this reason.

Heinkel actually stuck with reinhard after wilhelm left but his wife comatose and his alcholism he spiralled into depression. He already tossed reinhard aside in exchange for subaru in arc 3.

Pandora used her authority to divide Ram's horn by creating Rem. Al resisted Pandora's authority, due to having Pride, and managed to keep her memories of Ram with 2 horns. Probably Ram caused a big influence in the original timeline and due to that Pandora had to change it.

I think pandora's ability is to make illusions so strong you cannot discern them from reality. She made Juice kill Fortuna by making Juice see Fortuna as herself. When pandora is killed, it's just an illusion that is killed.

My personal theory is that Subaru will get taken over by the witch factors he obtained . He will beg Garfiel to kill him (At this point , I believe that Garfiel has become nearly as strong as Reid ) , because Subaru realised that he can´t control his witch factors any more . In arc 5 , Sirius stated that Betelguese will take over Subaru one day so it´s definitely possible to get taken over by his witch factor .Also we can see that Subaru is in massive pain , everytime he overuses his ability (even though it doesn´t seem to happen when he uses Cor Leonis) , so we can assume that everytime he uses his witch factors , he´ll lose more and more control . Maybe his greed and sloth witch factor manifested as such weak abillities because his subconsciousness is protecting his soul .(Sorry for my bad English skills.)

I agree that it's almost certainly someone important to her (my money is on either Puck or Subaru) but my impression is that for this scene to have the right kind of weight, it would have to be a genuine betrayal of Emilia's beliefs. Puck would destroy the world to protect Emilia. Subaru isn't that far behind him.
What if Subaru really does find himself in a no-win situation? Since arc 4 we've been building up to that. So far Subaru's power with RBD has allowed him to save everyone (well, all the characters we care about anyway).
Let's imagine a scenario where that is no longer possible. Let's imagine a future where Subaru needs to decide who lives and who dies. And who will he never allow to die no matter the cost? Emilia. What if Subaru picks Emilia over someone else, a lot of someone elses, maybe a whole city or even the whole world? What if that scene in the anime is showing the ruins of the capitol city and Subaru had a chance to save everyone but at the cost of Emilia's life? Instead he chooses to save Emilia and everyone else dies. Imagine the weight of guilt on Emilia. She'd have to recognize the truth that if she had never met Subaru, he would have saved the city and hundreds of thousands of people would still be alive. It's too much guilt for her and she curses Subaru. He's betrayed her wishes, her values, and her trust for selfish reasons. She never wanted him to sacrifice the world for her but she now understands that Subaru is not a 'hero', and he could never have done anything else than rescue the woman he loves at any cost.
The one problem you have with this comment is that Emilia has never looked at Subaru being some Hero only Rem and random rumors of him being one. However your entire prediction kinda predicting what Arc 7 is going to be like but with Rem and her disillusioning of who Subaru is. Given Subaru has a self delusion of himself of being a Hero that wants to save everyone without even wanting to spill blood, Subaru should learn some Heros in Final Fantasy 14 XD

If Vollachia starts a war with Lugnica at the end of arc 7, Reinhardt might have to step in and just destroy them.
If Subaru doesn't get turned back into an adult, the kid he might be referring to is Himself, Louis, and Cecilus. At this point, with the Pleiades Squad, it seems unlikely he'd be able to just sit back and watch Vollachia be destroyed, if it means the Pleiades Squad will have to perish as well.
If they find a way around Rein, Vincent might make it to the capital eventually. There, Emilia might defeat him, and that's where she says the line.
Also, if any of the violence brought on from the conflict comes to the sanctuary, Garfiel will try to kill Subaru over it. That is, after all, the first thing he told Subaru when he agreed to join him.
I don't really see the Garfiel hating Subaru thing happening, but we'll see where it goes

Is there really only going to be 11 arcs though? I can't imagine the entire story being concluded in only 4 more arcs there way too many mysteries.
From my understanding Tappei has an outline for what he wants to achieve in each arc. From memory though re zero was planned to have 9 arcs total. However Tappei wrote in 2 extra arcs. Of the 2 “extra arcs” we know what one of them is - Arc 2, the main process for adding arc 2 was to build subaru/Emilias relationship because without that subaru and Emilias arc 3 argument would’ve had no real impact, just random trivia I guess. But in short Tappei knows what he has to do
I like to think that Emilia's is a big part of why Emilia turns into Satella.
I'm almost certain the first vision shows guaral after it's destroyed in the war and Emilia is talking to Subaru.

I still think that in Emilia's palace vision she expresses her hate towards Subaru.
It makes no sence for her to hate Fortuna from the beginning (and she probably refers to "very beginning" hence the "never met" phrase), as we can see how deeply she cares for Mother Fortuna. Echidna also makes little sense because Emilia had no reasons to deny any hatred or ill thinking towards her if she had any.
But Subaru is another story. From her perspective when they first met he saved her life. Later on he did this over and over, he confessed his love to her.
My theory is that Emilia hates Subaru but she can't understand why, the very same way Subaru can't rationalize his feelings for Satella. And kind and righteous Emilia feels simply WRONG for feeling hatred towards someone who has done nothing wrong to her. Moreover, for the one who did all the things Subaru did for her sake. Naturally she feels guilty for it, denies it, rejects it.
However, she probably finds the true reason for her hatred during that scene and this is her last and ultimate breakup with Subaru.
We could also look at their first meeting from the Arc 1. Emilia tried to ditch Subaru several times even to the extent of presenting herself as Satella before him. She first agreed to join forces only because of Puck remarking that Subaru has no ill intent and can be a good shield.
It is quite unusual for Emilia to behave this way considering her overall naivity, kindness and craving for friendship. So it might be assumed she really doesn't like him to begin with - and if he helped her with the insignia, she would apologize for feeling this way (not only for giving the wrong name).
In Arc 2 she feels guilty for hating him in the first place. In Arc 3 she finally finds a righteous-enough reason to get rid of him. And since the ending of Arc 3 till the present state she keeps denying and concealing her hatred, because from her point of view it is wrong to hate her savior and the man who truly loves her.
Emilia obviously doesn't like this ongoing conflict between her feelings and her righteousness, so she secretly wishes for her and Subaru to never meet each other to begin with - probably denying this as well, for now.
Nah, Pandora is likely the most obvious and sensible candidate. It's explained in the side stories why Emilia tried to ditch Subaru and it was simply because she didn't understand why he wanted be around her.
Petra if: Subaru says he loves Petra too and she proceeds to turn into a demon and becomes the final boss.

I choose to doubt tappei's words about frederica being key character in arc 11. It just doesnt make sense. She isnt that important to the story so far. We know tappei likes to troll people in his qnas.
I hope louis doesnt get redempted. If she does it better be very satisfying and not just "nooooooo she is a loli we cant kill her". Currently my expectations from her redemption is high or i will be very salty about it. Subaru suffered way too much because of her. Far from anybody else.
Also considering Rom's words should we expect a time skip between arc 7-8 or 8-9? Dont forget petra also sounded mature in her part. I believe we will see a big time skip in the future.

The reason Sirius can actually do it is because of her authority. Louis being green spirit and her being redeem may have something to do being Subaru new spirit user if beatrice ends up dieing.

It's been alluded several times in side materials that Frederica's lineage on her father's side is unique. Not to mention we are 4 and a quarter arcs away from the end. We shouldn't be dismissing any possibilities when we honestly have no idea what Tappei's planning. All speculations are just that: speculative.

Maybe i'm wrong, but it seems like she still have the horn in the last scene (i don't read the novel, sorry for the lack of knowledge about the future of the series. Also sorry for the bad english)
She doesn't have her horn, but she can tap into her oni power for a very short time span, in the novel it was described as a fraction of a second that put immense strain on ram. Ram keeps herself "shackled" and then "releases the shackles" when she wants more power, but she gets hurt when does so. Her horn lit up (Well, the scar where her horn used to be) because at that moment she used her oni power for a fraction of a second to steal roswaal's book.
