THAT was hilarious! Here is this guy singing the praises of Pall Mall cigarettes with that baritone voice, and then here come the waltzing dancers punctuating the profound greatness of Pall Malls! And to top it all off, one of the dancers takes a huge hit on the cigarette and blows smoke out of her mouth like she had a tire fire in her mouth!
Love the song. Going to play it every night!
Cigarettes may have been dangerous; but they had the classiest commercials.
Pall Mall was the primary sponsor of "MGM PARADE" in the 1955-'56 season (with George Murphy as host).
I believe I hear a dog squeaky toy in the background.

Ernest Chappell speaks for Pall Mall; Cy Harrice says "and.....they are MILD!".
It’s appalling how these manufacturers knew full well that their products killed but money talks
yes it does taste good, i smoke pall malls... :)
I find it interesting that even in its advertising the cigarette was pronounced “pell mell” instead of the correct “Paul Maul.”
Pell Mell was alway the way the TV and radio announcers pronounced it.
I have heard people that smoked them pronounce them both ways .
Too bad it didn't show him light up the hot blonde on the right
These ads are so bad they should have put people off..
