Thanks for the insights! i would like to choose Spotify - it insert a new feature of personal DJ 2. i think it targets the user who would like to delegate the task of exploring new music to the platform 3. onboarding mechanism is super smooth - just on the music page - click - seamlessly 4. the journey would be enter the page, interactive with the 'personal DJ' - a customized list with 'siri' function - exit 5. reward would be finding new songs 6. retention - may change to different themes based on the 'swaping speed' 7. growth
I post the spotify breakdown in the comments, I hope I had proceeded in the right direction. Please let me know your feedback. Thanks again for posting these videos. You have no idea how much they’re helping us in interviews :))
Thanks for this great intro on Product Sense! I like this FB news feed example. I like these product questions such as "How would you charge users for using Gmail?" than how many gas stations in NYC. About the last part of sharing, it seems easier to share an IG photo on external websites. A video every Thursday is a great schedule. That NYC map looks good! Glad that you're doing alright with the Brooklyn subway tragedy...
Twitch: The service twitch provides is two fold consisting of a platform on which users can share or consume live streaming content and secondly form tight-knit communities with people who share their zeal for the interests they identify with. The users twitch targets are those interested in live streaming opportunities be it consuming or sharing it. The onboarding process depends if you are a streamer or a consumer, if you are a streamer its a bit more detailed with you having to spend time understanding the policies regarding content you can share and what would constitute violations, for a consumer its a simple process which involves signing in with a valid email and choosing a unique username (or accepting a system generated one). The journey for a streamer involves setup of the various items required for streaming including the video and audio equipment and streaming software to scheduling a convenient time to stream and establishing a routine. For a consumer it involves selecting categories of content they would interested in or searching for a particular piece and watching it. The reward for the streamer could be monetary and if not, could at least be an avenue to showcase skill or develop an audience. The reward for the consumer is a source of entertainment and community to be a part of. The product retains its users by providing a seamless experience and connecting streamers with fans and vice a versa. Please answer the questions if possible that you put in the e-mail or at least one. The uber one. " How do you run a test for a change in Uber surge price?"
@@elijahantony4300 Hi, one thing I would add is the way Twitch "retains" users in terms of concrete features it provides. They retain uses with personalized content using recommendation system, notifications there's a live session from a streamer a viewer follows. In terms of the Uber surge price question, I will create a video about it soon. Stay tuned :)
Thanks for sharing. I would pick Netflix. The product recommends shows mainly based on previous watched movies/shows and not based on age group or legal policies around providing user ethical content. I would love to discuss this further. Please let me know if I am getting the problem statement correctly.
Hey Rashmi, tailored content is good. The only thing though is that I would further break it down based on user experience in terms of concrete actions. For instance, on Netflix, users can sign-in, browse, search, watch, like, and save.

I posted the product breakdown exercise here. I'm not sure if you see it because it looks like RUclips filtered it out because it's too long?
No worries :) I get the gist of what you are conveying.
