- A difficult race! Some agressive passing and positioning early in the first lap completely wore me out and took me a long time to recover from. Managed to pull a decent pace together and maintain it for the rest of the race.
My sencere apologies to the two guys that I ran into and pushed over. That was completely accidental and the result of me being too agressive and out of control.
Congrats to @SingleTrackTherapy on his 3rd place finish!

Watched every second of this! My hands were sweating from your speed on some of those double track roads. Not to mention hauling ass blind into the dust. You always keep up a crazy pace. Congrats!

Everyone is like a wound tight spring at the beginning, full blast to the start line. 😂
Dang, that guy at the 40 minute mark keeps falling for no reason and won't let anyone pass.....
We all knew it was going to be a difficult race to pass on and there isn’t enough room to line up single file at the start so positioning mattered. Heart rate was well over 120 before the race even began. 😅

Congrats on the dub! Not to suggest putting more content creation pressure on you, but I’m sure some of us would love to see more of how the whole racing weekend goes, especially since I would like to race but have zero experience yet
Good suggestion. I’ll try and capture more of the site setup and do a voice over on registration, camping and how the races are run.

Excellent race dude. Your aggression and ability to stay at pace is the biggest thing. So PNWMA site has you in 1st at the end of lap one unless I am reading it wrong. Thought you said it was lap 2 you got the pass.
I assumed so because I saw the display list me as second after the first lap. I incorrectly thought that I passed first place on the rock face with the bypass but he must have been from a different class 🤷🏼♂️

@@petersmart6191 you have some options actually. Senior is 40+ so you could enter my class. There is also Super Senior which is 50+. Both have Amateur and Expert options. I’ll move up to Senior Expert next season. Check out PNWMA.com
