Did you know that over 2000 year's ago, the druids erected many stone circles all over Ireland and England. The largest is in South Western Ireland, and they contacted dark spirit's on October 31, called sanhaim, or halloween. They would use these spirit's to commune with the dead, and then at sunrise November 1 they used these stone's to worship their god bel, who dwells in a black stone that was once in the temple of artemis, but then moved by the faux prophet mohammad to the kaaba in mecca. The druids, wickens, and muslims all pray directly to this stone in mecca. All the stone circles, pyramids, and many other locations line up with the kaaba, the city on 7 mountain's in the desert written about in the book of Revelation? Mohammad was visited for 22 year's by a spirit claiming to be the angel Gabriel, but was actually bel and hasatan. This man is the rider on the white horse wearing a crown and carrying a bow. Do you know that this holiday people celebrate on.10/31 is actually a day of worship to the entity bel? There is proof of this in a book that has sold more than any other. This book also predicted the holocaust and the exact year Israel became a nation again. There are other exact year predictions that have passed in this book. I can't post where to find this info, but i can send it to you. This might be one of my favorite set of ghost stories on RUclips so far. It's not every day that you hear a ghost story from the British aristocracy in their castles or from someone who is actually part of the ghost story. Plus the locations are absolutely stunning. Well Done!
I need this to be a regular series. I'm obsessed with ghost stories and I've always wanted to work in a manor house open to the public. Also, Julie's dramatic and enthusiastic reactions to everything really add to the atmosphere! Love it! 👻
I love Julie's face and her reaction to the story at the beginning of the video with Mary and the tree. OMG! I did not see that coming.... His hand was cut off!!! That was a fun to hear all the haunting stories.
This was such a treat! Thank you to all of these very charming families who so generously opened their homes to us and shared the incredible and eerie history of their homes. I thoroughly enjoy a good spooky tale. 💗
Love it ! Great video 👍. I grew up in Tutbury. Our Norman Castle housed Mary Queen of Scots prior to loosing her head. Boy that was a fab place to play around in the 70s. We'd sometimes sneak in at night via the grave yard. Super scary ... 🇬🇧
I love the section lit by candles because of Tom's foolery, it give a real feel of what the castle was like two hundred years ago. Very nice! Love watching you and learn so much from you. Thanks for being awesome!
I have been watching your video's for several months and really enjoy seeing what you will share next. This was a very fun video and a perfect time of the year. Thank you for sharing all the "spooky" stories from other castles that have so much history to share. What a treat!
Julie, I just loved this video, your best so far! It was fascinating hearing about all the ghosts in these beautiful castles, loved, loved, loved it, thank you xxx
My flat is haunted. He likes watching me in the kitchen, and he hides things, and they reappear in weird places but very neatly put there. He even managed to fold a set of pyjamas and put them in my wardrobe after they had been missing a year. He doesn't bother me at all. I call him Bert.
He is a helping ghost! He wants to be sure you have what is needed , but he wants to be the boss of 'when' you need it , as it is on' his timeframe.'. lol He might still have an appetite!? Or was a well known cook/chef? HX of this apartment may open up to a very interesting story for many to know? If the landlord agreed?
Thank you for advocating for therapy, Julie; people need to look after their mental as well as physical health. The legend was horrific!!! What a turn, how weird. FABULOUS.
NOOOOOOOOO! You left us hanging as to what happened overnight!!!! Did you SLEEP well? Did you hear Maggie? Did Tom behave himself? You cant leave us hanging!!!!😮
Excellent production, Julie and Luke! Well exected and extremely entertaining. Julie, if you're not a believer after receiving first hand (pardon the pun from the first story) accounts, I can't imagine how!
I think you should do a ghost visit where you do sleepover and tell us after how you slept.. ive not spotted your visit to Chillingham Castle.. and that has to be the best one to visit.. highly haunted apparently.. id love to visit there.. Sir Humphrey is an amazing character to meet.. he has so many stories to share.. a true legend ❤❤❤
wonderful episode! I really enjoy hearing all the stories from the history of these places, but theres just something about a good ghost story. well done!
Well Julie! I was glued to the screen and the story! This episode was a delight and you are definitely the perfect person to present such ghostly delicate topics! And how clever to lure us in even more at minute 46:20, with that shadow floating goodbye....
Nobody has any business or right moving on ghosts unless they are causing harm. They will just keep coming back to there home 🏡 Brilliant documentary and enjoyable.
Amazing video. I now live in the US, but I grew up American in the UK when I was in primary school. I love watching your videos because it reminds me of “home.”
It reminds me of home too. German mother American father stationed in Germany most of my life as my father retired there. We took school field trips all over Europe and also traveled with family as my father did his genealogy research. Grew up playing on playgrounds in one cemetery after another while he researched and found new relatives to research more. After living in Germany from 72 to 96 it was a big part of my life.😊
I wish i was lucky enough to marry into a family like this..with my obsession with history and family lineage it would keep me so excited and entertained learning as much as i could about everything
Me too! I was so jealous of Meghan Markle…. At least up until 2020. She had all this history at her fingertips & probably access to any of it with Her Majesty’s permission. All the private rooms the public doesn’t see in the palaces & some pretty insightful history lessons that a regular person like me would never hear about. This kind of thing is so priceless to me. Something I’m sure I would have never taken for granted. I’m such a HUGE history buff in case it wasn’t already obvious! 😂
I am 74 yrs of age and i still love ghost stories told this way by watching your video, i could not though sit round a camp fire and tell ghost stories.
YES, MORE please!! Absolutely love this episode, one of my favorites!! I could watch these all the time, we love hearing these stories!! Please do many more! ❤😊
This was fantastic! I love that it ended with the same to gentlemen that I was fascinated with. They are so chill even sitting in the dark telling ghost stories. Especially the one (Peter?) who was part of the story, when he said it was HE who'd hand was cut off... It gave me chills. I would love to know them as friends, that is rare even if I really like who you are interviewing Julie. I'd love it if you did a regular series of the haunted places several times a year.
What a fun fun video! I love this! Please do more on ghost stories. Actually you get to hear the history of the castle which is important and fun! So did anything happen in the castle without electricity that you spent the night? I am so interested!
I remember hearing about Muncaster from an old program on ghosts, and especially Tom Skelton who is said to have murdered a servant there for liking his girl. I think there is a picture of him at Muncasster. Also, Julie you got to check out Chillingham Castle I have heard some seriously creepy things about that place even though I haven't been there but this was a great episode, much appreciated.
I am at home (in eastern Oregon) recovering from a Hysterectomy and I'm loving this episode with the ghost stories! On my bucket list is to visit England, Scotland and Ireland and do paranormal investigations!
Gosh, i enjoyed this. Especially the legend about the cursed tree, that made me actually feel quite faint when he said it was HIS hand that was cut off! What an interesting couple, I was mesmerized! Watching from New Zealand.

Hauntings--at least some--are the synergy of inherent vice. I bought a house with a garage door that opened and closed itself, a kitchen tap that would turn itself on a few seconds to a few minutes after being turned off, and a main bedroom in which a radio can be heard playing at night, sometimes. The self-opening door was caused by a combination of a cracked shower pan and a skipped drip loop. The kitchen tap was an internal gasket failure with the temporal delay being a function of the water temperature. I haven't removed the radio, but I have determined that its cause is the heartbeat of the actual person in the bed being bounced off the ceiling, through the attic, and then back to the bedroom. 26:04 May I just add that putting things in a line is a very autistic thing to do. I wonder if the ghost was of an autistic person.
