MOST amazing cotton candy I've ever seen! And is it me, or is our Jacob getting braver about the rides? What a BLAST of a video! Keep having fun, Jacob!!!
Really old classic fair implying, from my POV, fun, sounds, smells, and old rides. "Danke" on the exit of the Cuckoo house does not literally translate as "Goodbye", but as "Thank you". They intend to say "Thank you for visiting our Cuckoo House".| i liked the quilt house, with traditional as well as some with a modern supernatural touch. Very nicely documented Jacob! i could have easily spent the day there enjoying myself and watching other people of all ages enjoy themselves". Danke!
The Promontory Building is probably named for Promontory Point. “PROMONTORY POINT, Utah, was the site of the dramatic completion, on 10 May 1869, of the first transcontinental railroad, which linked the Union Pacific on the east and the Central Pacific on the west. A giant crowd gathered to witness the final ceremonies. Following prayers and brief but grandiloquent speeches, the president of the Central Pacific, Leland Stanford, using a silver sledgehammer, nervously drove the last spike, made of gold, into a polished California laurel tie. A Western Union telegraph apparatus was connected along with the spike, so that Stanford's final strokes were instantly heralded in all cities of the United States. Two locomotives, Jupiter and 119, crept forward until their noses touched, and a cheering crowd confirmed a single-word telegram: "Done."
Hey C.B., Thanks for taking me to another fun place with you! I think I may be onto THE HOT TUB MYSTERY ... After all the hours of tiring walking and getting bruised up by the violent rides, people see the hot tubs and think, " It sure would be nice to sit and soak in one of those when we get home!"
@@Themakeupchair15 If they are stupid, maybe. They wished they had a hot tub to get in to when they get home, but they know it's not going to happen. They also know if they get one soon, then the odds will be that next time they come home tired, sore, and achy, they can get in the warm, bubbly, jet-pushed water of their latest big ticket item, and " Oh Boy, Don't it feel good!"
So much fun! Love the robot guy 🤖 btw the hot tub thing is at all fairs everywhere I think. I’m from Australia & there are always hot tub sellers at ‘The Show’ there, & I live in the UK now & there’s always hot tub stands at carnivals too. Kinda interesting 😊
Awww those wee piglets were absolutely adorable! 🤗 Also loved the bull ride and have always wanted to try it 😂 your lemonade and food looked gorgeous ❤️ thanks again Jacob and best wishes ☀️
Well I’ll be damned. I’ve always loved your channel! I’m the one who sent you the email about my husband looking identical to Elmer McCurdy. At 5:10, dude, that’s MY quilt! NO JOKE!!! If you had looked even closer, you would have seen the pine tree air freshener between the aliens! I’m so glad you enjoyed it!!! 😊
i am loving the state fair videos there so fun, you are so brave for going on some of these rides, i wont go near carvinal rides that much anymore maybe a few but i'm picky now these days... loved the robot he was funny :) Also that cotton candy art, wow! its to pretty to eat it!
Thank You so much for ALL of the State Fair's! Much appreciated by those that can't travel..and those that Do! Your Videos Are Great! From Tammy in PA. BE SAFE Be Healthy Bless you
Looks like you are having way too much fun Jacob.... I was surprised you didn't do a meet up with the Woo as he is in Utah as well~ I love corn on the cob, but not so sure about all the stuff added to it....but I fell in love with the cotton candy Unicorn~ Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for making amazing videos that always put a smile on my face!!! I truly look forward to watching your videos! I appreciate all that you do for our entertainment Jacob
The Kitsap county fair in Bremerton WA was always super cute & unique. It’s in a little valley with tons of nice mountains around, and they do rodeos/destruction derbies/monster trucks some days
I'm sure this job comes with its own unique set of challenges, but ever since I started watching this channel, it's been a dream of mine to take a roadtrip across the continental US and stop at anything that looks interesting along the way! If only it wasn't such an expensive dream 😅
I've been on that thing @12:20 the Speed or whatever, best 20 bucks I ever spent. There's something special about seeing the curvature of the earth while being upside down and flung away at high speeds that cannot be described. Didn't really feel in danger at any point, would recommend for thrill seekers, surprisingly fun ride.
You mentioned trying to go to every state's fair, so I just wanted to make sure you know that there's actually one big fair featuring Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont - it's called the Big E and it takes place in Massachusetts. It's actually currently happening (until October 2nd) so maybe next year you could check it out!
Thank you for sharing. And especially thank you for sharing your experiences by trying various rides. Interesting fried chicken ice cream sundae. I would try that. Thanks again for sharing! California State Fair is pretty cool. But also, a non-state fair is the Los Angeles County Fair which is also a cool one. Interesting spaces within, such as the aerial tram that under is a miniature village with train. Also, the National Orange Show in San Bernardina you might want to check if you are interested. Cheers.
When I was in my preteen years all the way to my early 30's the Zipper was one of my favorite Fair/Carnival rides. As I approached my late 30's I was no longer able to withstand the spinning and flipping of those rides. Now, in my mid 40's due to serious health issues, my days of Fair, Carnival, & even Amusement Park rides came to an abrupt end.
Adam The Woo was in Salt Lake City for FanX which is Utah's version of Comic Con & for WWE SmackDown. Would have been cool if you guys bumped into each other while in Salt Lake City.
Don't know if you've been to this one yet, but the Florida State Fair happens in the Tampa area every year sometime in February. Of course taking place that time of year, it wouldn't qualify under this year's state fair count, but might be a good starter one for next year. Also, from what I understand, what used to be known as, "The Sussex County Farm & Horse Show in Sussex County, New Jersey, has been taken over by a different presenting group now and has been re-named as The New Jersey State Fair. I lived in both NJ, and in FL, and have actually been to both & thought they were each pretty good. Now the NJ one, I haven't been to since before1994, when I moved from NJ, to FL, so you may need to do a bit of fact-checking regarding the name change, and when during the summer it takes place, it used to be sometime in August, before school got back into session in early September, and that may, in fact still be the case, but for the fact that it's been That Long since I've been to one, my info on it is likely to be quite off, plus that stupid disease thar shut the US down a couple years ago, may have changed things too. Also, if you've already been to either one, or both, please disregard.
I don’t remember seeing any hot tubs for sale at the West Virginia state fair. So there you go carpetbagger there’s at least one state fair that is hot tub less. As a matter of fact I don’t recall seeing any hot tub‘s for sale at the Massachusetts State fair either, but I could be wrong.
Jacob not only at fairs they try to sell hot tubs but even festivals too! It's very strange but always go in to see if they got any ducks floating in the water
OK Jacob, the next state fair you have to do the Bobsleds (vs. the Himalaya). Since the cars swing out as they go around it is a more comfortable ride than getting squished against the side of the car seat. Try it to feel the difference - please and thank you!
I know of a fair without hot tubs. They are no longer at the Mtn. State Fair. I think the whole Legionnaire’s incident a few years ago put a stop to that 😮!
The haunted house that the robot was talking about is called Dark Hour in Dallas. Went to it in high school and still scared from it after all these years. It looked so real. I believe they moved to Plano but might still be in Dallas. I live like 15 minutes or so from it. lollll
You are a serious lightweight when it comes to carnival and amusement park rides. Haha! :) I really miss the massive number of thrill rides that we used to see in carnivals and fairs where I live. For some reason, around the mid 80's, all the carnivals that came around here just... dropped their thrill rides and went entirely kiddie/toddler rides. Even the ride areas of our local fairs are just... kiddie stuff. I don't know what happened here, but I seriously haven't seen any flat ride that wasn't designed for a toddler here in decades. I remember being a kid in the 70's and half of the carnivals were these crazy, fast, wild, flip you upside-down, or toss you in all directions, fun, insanity. Those days are long gone, sadly.
Arizona Star Fair is Sept 23-October 30 2022. Idaho has 3 state fairs. Northern Idaho State fair, Western Idaho State Fair and the Eastern State Fair. Yes ax State Fair is in October. He kept asking about the spas. They make a majority of their money for the years at fairs. I wish he would have showed more food at Puyallup Fair In Washington. Cow chip is a must have.
more people say that about the spas. But the remaining mystery is: Why are fair visitors more inclined to spend money on a spa while on a fair? What is the reason that most spas are purchased on state fairs? In Europe we don't have spas on fairs.
You should go to Lagoon in Utah that is a fun amusement park.i went there back in 77 I was about eight years old then.i can imagine how much more it's grown since then.
figure it this way at least it's not one of those private ships spin upside down I've seen those there's also one of those Himalayan Matterhorn thing rides as a cover that goes over the cars it spins I think it's called the music express I'm surprised you didn't find a dark razor at the fair most fair is always have at least one yeah it's on a carpet Baker video without going through a dark ride at the fair
MOST amazing cotton candy I've ever seen! And is it me, or is our Jacob getting braver about the rides? What a BLAST of a video! Keep having fun, Jacob!!!
Jacob is getting braver and bigger.
Love it. I'm from SL,UT. The bull riding was worth the whole video. Thanks.

Going to the fair alone is the best thing EVER!!!!
Hey C.B., Thanks for taking me to another fun place with you! I think I may be onto THE HOT TUB MYSTERY ... After all the hours of tiring walking and getting bruised up by the violent rides, people see the hot tubs and think, " It sure would be nice to sit and soak in one of those when we get home!"
so people expect one to be deliverd and fully set up when they get home cuz i would think i dont want to set that up now
@@Themakeupchair15 If they are stupid, maybe. They wished they had a hot tub to get in to when they get home, but they know it's not going to happen. I’m in my hot tub right now watching carpetbagger (I bought this one from a fair in DC)!
@@allensherrill850 love that!
Love the fair series videos. Definitely recommend the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo in Feb/March.
Another memorable reaction from the Carpetbagger courtesy of the Himalaya ride. That robot is also cool!
Awww those wee piglets were absolutely adorable! 🤗 Also loved the bull ride and have always wanted to try it 😂 your lemonade and food looked gorgeous ❤️ thanks again Jacob and best wishes ☀️
Such a great video!🙌 I really appreciate that you show a little of everything and speak so kindly. I was thrilled by the animals and quilts!🌈🐦
You are getting really brave, riding all those rides.

Yes it is
Super fun Jacob. Such cute baby animals!
Arizona State Fair runs until October 30th- Thursdays through Sundays in Phoenix
You were pretty good on the bull ride. Love the little animals and babies.
Cool new vid carpetbagger! The robot seems like a dude you can have a cold one with.
Thanks!
I can’t believe you went on some of the scary rides Jacob! 👍🏻😁

Many years ago the Himalayas used to have a cover in 70-80 which would covered the whole cars! About 1/2 though the ride!!😊
We had them in Europe too in the 70s. They were very popular.
RCS has a himalaya that still has the covers
A lot of fun at the fair, Jacob. Love the farm animals.
Love the bull ride. Looks like fun. The chicken and ice cream food looked good.
Enjoy your video better than TV

Just a friendly FYI: they put the Titanic Lego in 3 chunks so you can see inside. The ship actually split in half (2 pieces, not 3) when it sank.
I've got to make myself some fried chicken sundae, looks great!
I love a State Fair! You can’t beat the food! ❤
The big E in west Springfield, MA is a great fair that represents multiple states in New England
Very fun, thanks for sharing.
👍👍👍👍👍👍 Jacob, go to the WV State Fair in Lewisburg, WV
You’re so funny riding that wild bull…
Whoooooo Hoooooo........ ARIZONA STATE FAIR STARTS THIS WEEKEND... SEPT 23RD TO OCT 30. Come on down

19:22 is that a goat?! 😭😭😭
Idaho has three state fairs.
The Himalaya is my favorite since a child still love it and im 43
