To answer your question a lot of outrigger canoe/paddlers are in and out of that harbor daily; both on O'side side and Pendletons side. I take my SUP out there weekly (Pendleton's side) and I've actually rode waves right at that spot, but it was smaller (but still big) and cleaner. O'side Harbor is thee most dangerous harbor to get in and out of for boats in CA.
When the surf was big at the end of Dec it was closing out across the Harbor and sketchy for boats those days. Where that outrigger guy is - it's actually pretty safe because the waves die out in that deep water and he's actually further from the waves than you think. Peace
Hi @toothnail605 - It's fun to watch the outriggers in the bay via the harbor cam. I'm a kayaker - but only go out on sunny days, so I admire the spirit of those that brave the elements. Stay Safe!

Can I ask what software you use to edit your videos? Also cool music, but how do you get past the copyright strike?
Hi Damster587 - I used Apple Motion to edit the raw footage from the Harbor Webcam - for the music I used Upbeat - 3 free songs per month as long as you give credit to the site and the artist in your RUclips description - which I did -. Thanks for watching.
