    Those hooks of the stirrups (links) should not be fixed into one location only. should have been rotated alternately among the rebars along the four corners.

    Being a sparky, I love chillin with the steelies, watching them tie rebar all day makes me smile :-) - Sucks, I have to talk down to them bc none of them can stand up straight 😂

    Now this is a proper rebar tie job. I've seen too many rebar designs which just circle them around the pillar and tie them off without the hooked angles.

      That is spiral option with 100% capacity compared to 85% with that kind of tie / links with hooks. Its on engineering design formula

      In Australia we use 1.67mm (annealed soft mild steel wire) I think that is 1/16 of an inch in the old money,

    Their is still a better of teaing with out your hook tool

    Those hook ties are shit as they don’t stretch the wire out at all. Use knipex endcutters instead
