Nintendo DS Lite Can Run with no Battery

I remembered a RUclips video where someone did an experiment on the original Nintendo DS running without the battery but with the charger plugged in for the DS. Well, in my video, I did an experiment on the Nintendo DS Lite where you can run it without battery but only if the charger plugged in for the DS Lite.
How to run your DS Lite without battery:
1) Turn on your Nintendo DS Lite.
2) Plug in your AC Adapter charger for the DS Lite charging port.
3) Screw the battery cover off with your Phillips Head Screwdriver.
4) Take the battery out of the battery port.
5) You can play DS games or GBA games on the DS Lite without battery while the AC Adapter is plugged in.

One more note: Please make sure you don't turn the DS Lite off if the battery is not in there. In this video, I put the battery back in the DS Lite before I turned the DS Lite off.

Oh wow we have the same ds lite I broke my sisters pick ds lite and I dont know what happen to my brother cobalt ds lite but that was when I was a little like in 2009 or 2010 I plan on buying a replace able battery for my ds lite since its dead so I can play the pokemon emerald,fire red and leaf green that were my brothers and transfer any pokemon to the current games and also beat the pokemon league in emerald and leaf green or fire red
