It is possible for wives to be wrong on (rare) occasions. Years ago, my wife insisted that I snored in my sleep. I disagreed with her on this point and this went on for years. Finally, I had to go out of town on a business trip. During the night, she was awaken by snoring; I am not there, where is the snoring coming from? It turns out that our dog does snore.
