But then sauna and some kind of spa has become a common part of the entertainment onboard. There are family or group saunas in addition to public saunas. Everyone can choose what they want. Travelling can be sweaty and exhausting. Sauna is the kind of relaxation that either is refresher for the evening or makes you sleep better. Taking shower doesn't just have the same effect.
