Your narrative is false. If a person is deported due to this law, they are being deported due to being in the U.S. illegally, not because of a "traffic stop." I shouldn't have to explain this to adults of adequate mental competence. Assume I am in a country illegally. Suppose I'm deported from said foreign country due to interaction with that country's authorities. In that case, I'm being deported because I'm there illegally, not because their authorities chose to approach me for "X" reason.
