Thank you, man. One of my favourite songs ever. Just bought a jazz master. Looking forward to getting into this. already learned loads from your other videos
Awesome, thank you!
I tuned my high e down instead of up, i aight riskin that 😩😤
You can tune your a full step down from that tuning once you did that put a capo on 2nd fret
You know your stuff man. This is amazing!
bottom 2 strings are open always
That was so dope man thanks 🙏🏻
So sick to see some mbv covers with tabs good ass job dude
Dude you fucking nailed this
Class
More mbv, swervedriver, and blur please. Have you ever considered doing any Rollerskate skinny? Might take a few split screens but well worth it.
Good cover!
Thanks a lot!
Great job! What pedals were you using? Very curious.
Hi. This is fantastic. Regarding the tuning, what are the pitches of the notes and did you need different string gauges
I normally tune EEEEBE and capo 2 so I don’t break any strings, I’d say 9s would probably be ideal if you wanted to tune to F#
@@kj-vd7lo do you tune the A,D and G strings up or down to E?
A and G down D up surely?
Shoegaze !
I suggest doing EBEEBe, capo on the 2nd fret if you can! It sounds the same and you don't have to risk breaking those lower strings
Or higher? Idk the right terms, but the ones with the highest pitch lol
It really shouldn't be an issue with string breaks. It's a 2 fret increase in pitch. Basically the same as a 1 tone bend... and if a string breaks on your guitar doing a 1 tone bend then you are very unlucky... or there is something wrong with the guitar set up.
@@SparkyGuitar Aren't you tuning the D string up to F#? A 4 fret increase increase seems like a lot. Tuning it down to F# seems like it would make it impossible to keep in tune with such low tension.
So just out of curiosity (I’m not a guitarist but I’m interested in the instrument), are you using the tremolo bar only on the down strumming?
On both up and down I think
is this tuning going to be okay with 11s? seems super high lol
I don't think you'd have issues with breaking strings... I'd just be more concerned about it pulling the neck a bit and making the action a bit heavy.... and impacting intonation.
Мощно! Привет из Киева !!!
this is a very cursed tone
Why are the tabs wrong
Because you haven’t read that the tuning isn’t standard….
@@SparkyGuitar Nono I know but shouldn’t the 1st and 2nd strings be written as open?
@@SparkyGuitardude I know for a fact you weren’t barring it
WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT TUNNING LOL
Lol I was thinking the same thing, what way do I even turn these tuning heads!?
@@xxczerxx I feel like its probably something like DDDDAD capo'd up to F#F#F#F#C#F#.. thats how i play this song
@@jessoid that's the practical way
It’s an open F#5
