Chads lawyer is working to get that equity in the murder property. We are WELL INTO 100k at 23 days of Jury Trial. His defense lawyer is not the best and lost the Jury on day one.
He’d have a slightly improved chance if he wasn’t such a condescending, arrogant bully. HUGE turn off.

I bet you Chad defense is that he wasn't there when Alex killed& burned Tylee, Because he will claim he was at Church.
Other than Alex’s device was shown in (or possibly around 15meters) Chad’s house on the days the kids were buried… not sure the defense can explain that away.
Even if they can’t tie him to it conspiracy is still on the table for the children.

Excruciatingly boring
Why repeat things over and over. Likvidity, undetermined death and so many other terms. The jury has heard those explanations at least 5 times by now. The defense is no better, he has everyone repeat different things. This is such a waste of the courts time, why are we allowing this? Getting to be annoying for me, think about the jury, they must be falling asleep during these constant repeats.
I think if you were on a jury for a good length of time the prosecutors are striving to keep certain things fresh in your head.
So, how did Tylee actually die? Will we ever know?

Went to claim the insurance right away that Monday but girl was out of office. He was there the day she returned at 9:00 to get the check. If convicted he will be charged with insurance fraud.
Where is Chad's phone data?
Why are they only focusing on Alex's phone data???
I know!!! I’ve been wondering the same thing…chad is a piece of trash but I feel like they have only focused on Lori and Alex in regards to a lot of evidence. That’s the only thing that worries me in nailing down his convictions.
@@KathrynClaeys-vv7ct yes, I feel like all Prior has to say about all of the Alex phone data evidence will be "In all of this data, was my client's phone location in question? Was my client's phone data noted? Was my client's phone data of significance?"
So frustrating!
I think they have a lot more detail from Alex’s phone because he had the location services on his Google account and I’m not sure if the others did. 🤷🏻♀️
