Just noticed, the mouse works perfectly on a simple mouse with low DPI and but the mouse is very laggy when using a gaming mouse with high DPI setting like Logitech G402 on 1600 DPI.
Recently I got setup on the MSI Unify which is the same board just cheaper. Thing I've noticed is there is no need to overclock or click that Game Mode in Bios. Don't. It even does a warning recommending not to. Windows 10 handles it much better. Enabling or messing with overclock features forces my clock speed at 4.2 all the time generating uneccessary heat. Unabled idle processes has my CPU around 30C around 2.5 like now, just using Chrome. Windows 10 Game Mode feature will automatically boost performance. Been playing AC Odyssey lately it pushes it up to 4.5 with 53C temps. Runs lovely. Do not enable it, Windows does it automagically.
Thank you for this video. I am replacing my faulty Asus X470 Prime-Pro with the MSI X570 Tomahawk and I was wondering how to navigate through the new BIOS.
Yeah.... cpu's have never had a drop down menu like ram lol, its all about silicone lottery on what you can hit. Ryzen 3xxx seems to be at about 4.2 to 4.4 all core across the entire lineup. You have always had to manual input the multiplier. Same with voltage etc. Dram just has set profiles. You are best off to manually set dram timings/sub timings using dram calculator etc.
FYI, the word "chassis" is pronounced "shassy" or "sha-see". Great video, thanks for going through all this. I'm looking at buying this motherboard for a new build with a Ryzen 9 3950x when it's finally released and having never had an MSI board before, I was wondering what options were available in the BIOS, so this was really helpful. Thanks!

A similar setting like NumLock

how did you get your ram speed to 3600 mhz? I bought 3600 mhz ram for this mobo and it defaults to 2133. I checked ram frequency and the max I can bring it to is 3000 mhz
What kind of ram did you have? I am guessing it is not in the QVL? I also bought 3600mhz rams (G.Skill.) that is not in the QVL for MEG X570 ACE, which I've not start installing yet. But I tried the rams in my older MSI Z170 board thinking BIOs operates the same. I left everything auto (turned off XMP) and only changed RAM frequency. The MSI BIOS seems to automatically tune the timing and adapt to the desired frequency. Unfortunately the Z170 only got it up to 3200Mhz. I guess my board is just really that old. I am hoping the MEG X570 ACE can get it up to 3600 MHZ once I install it.
