I never enjoyed online gaming. Online coop/PvE I like, but player vs player isn't fun. Too stressful. I play games to relax, have fun, or take my mind off the world, but online gaming doesn't do that for me. Yeah sometimes there was a good/fun online match, but those fun times couldn't overcome the lag, trash talking, competition mindset, etc. Haven't bought a new game since GTA 5 in 2013. Before that, Halo Reach in 2010. Both were inferior to their predecessors. And from what I can tell, that trend has only continued.
