  • Getting the engine ready to install in the frame. No rebuild, only checking the valve clearances and fixing the intake manifolds gaskets.

    19:30 - Man, I just rebuilt my Buell engine and had to redo things...it sucks but at least it's right!

      I know. It wasn't the first time and probably won't be the last. With the engine on the stand it was not a big deal. Easy access to it all so it was a quick fix. Thanks for the comment. I'll be watching your video's.

    what's the size on the gap gauge?

      The spec is between 0,11 mm and 0,20mm for intake and between 0,21 and 0,30 for exhaust. Is that answering your question?
