Keeping a "blessings" journal of some sort can help. Don't write a negative stitch in it. For me, I used to write down 3 positive things from each day. Sometimes they were "I ate twice. I'm still breathing. I made my kids laugh." Other days, the accomplishments felt much bigger, sometimes they seemed insignificant in the grand scheme of things. But it does help. Hang in there, lady. Kick the day right in the ass! Thanks for sharing this with us.
Sonia you are an inspiration!! I think that these videos are a wonderful idea! Like many people I have a lovely collection of health issues and I don’t really speak about it in” real life” it’s like you can feel the eye rolls coming before I’ve finished speaking. I do however think that the mind is a very powerful thing and it is absolutely amazing what positivity can do!! I certainly will be watching! Xxx
Good for you!!!! There are many of us who suffer in silence. I had agoraphobia so bad at one time, that I never left the house, even with a "safe" person, I finally got on meds that helped me cope - I still don't like to get out a lot, but it's so much better than it was. Like you I have other issues I don't talk about, because most people don't understand. I love that you are looking for a positive everyday - I need to do the same. In fact, I think everyone needs to look for a positive each day. Praying that you have more good days than bad!! xxxx Grace
I understand completely! I agree most can look at you and I and think "what can possibly be wrong", "she doesn't look sick" and so on... praying for you to have better days, we just take it one day at a time.
Thank you for doing this. I also have many health problems. I have MS and lots of other typical illnesses. I totally understand were you're coming from. Today hasn't been one of my best... Hopefully tomorrow will be better for us both.
Hi Sonia. Bless you for trying to find a positive in an otherwise awful and painful day. Your tenacity is uplifting, my dear. Have a nice weekend.
Thank you :).

What a lovely idea. I will have to get myself a journal or something.

Thank you :). It’s hard when we have invisible illnesses isn’t it :(. People just don’t understand how hard it can be just to step outside the door:(.

Thank you for watching, I was not sure if anyone would but figured if just one person watched and feels even a little better then it is worth it.
