I'm not a fan of Cindy but the two workout tapes she did with Radu (The trainer you hear counting in the background wearing a red baseball hat) never ever got old. So many exercise trends came and went but Radu's workouts never aged and are just as relevant and effective today.

I was 16 in 1993 and used to do this workout video religiously and it kicked my butt every time! LOL. I also remember Cindy was a huge advocate for eating carbs. The 90s were crazy.

It's funny that they used to have so much people and equipment for filming a simple workout video. Today you only need a phone, a friend to shoot the video and RUclips to edit and distribute it. All that crew, camera, director and assistant acting like they are planning a Mars mission is just for a blurry 768 x 576 video.
