If it wasn’t for Kings Island, many of the younger generations in the greater Cincinnati area would have never had the chance to ride behind a real steam locomotive!
@@WillyJoeFilms It is, but it needs improvement. Additional restrooms/changing areas. New and updated slides. Wave pools are great as is. Also, more chairs for people to lay out. This will helpeliminate the mad dash St opening. I would love to see two multi slide towers built. One for body slides and one with a few modern tube slides. I'd also love to see a water coaster but IK these are expensive and require alot of maintenance.
That must take a while!!! Guessing that one guy was putting oil on the railroad? Also, I prefer just taking a walk to the water park, BUT I also love the train ride there too, I like going under diamondback and mystic Timbers!
He is applying a graphite grease. He will apply it to about 100 feet of track. The train wheels will pick it up and spread it around the loop. The grease helps reduce wheel noise while the train is going through turns.

Happy to see they upgraded the scenery, along with everything else that has to do with the train. Tons better since 2012
