Glass 250 ml
Tray 20x30 cm
Ingredients:
Place biscuits on the bottom of a baking tray (20x30 cm). Set aside.
1 cup of sugar
1 vanilla sugar (16g)
2 sugar-free cream puddings (60g each)
1 cup of milk
5 whole eggs (M)
Mix until ingredients are combined and set aside.
1 kg of cottage cheese from a bucket
1 stick of butter (200g)
Heat until the butter melts, but do not boil.
Pour the hot cheese mixture onto the biscuits. Do it gently so that the biscuits do not leak out.
2 bars of white chocolate
80 g whipping cream 30%
Heat gently until the chocolate melts.
Pour over the cooled cake
Decorate with white chocolate and put in the fridge for about 4 hours, preferably overnight.
