Mama Cheungm I fried my cashew nuts this way, Boil the cashew nuts with salt from cold water, Once boiled, I drained them. Then pour in the oil then pour in the boiled cashew nuts, if ok if it is still a bit wet , but as long as we drain them. Over medium fire fry them until you can feel the nuts are much lighter and the colour has changed, I drain them to cool. Use kitchen towels to rub all the oil away. , keep when cooled.

每年我阿媽都會炸腰果,用嚟團年飯炒雞柳西芹用;阿媽每次炸完都放喺雪柜頂攤凍,但我哋做囝囡嘅見倒都會偷食,新鮮炸起真係特别正!每次輪到要炒餸阿媽就發現剩番少少腰果都會激一激,但阿媽又冇辦法收埋d腰果,因為阿媽矮得得5呎1身高最高都係放上雪柜頂,哈哈哈,我哋四兄弟姊妹神高神大個個五呎六以上容乜易偷食吖~講起都覺得自己曵,但其實講緊我哋依家已經四五十歲阿媽都七十幾歲喇!🎶有媽的孩子像個寶🎵🎶~張媽媽,祝妳新春大吉,龍馬精神!一直會支持妳!Love u!

請問張媽媽,如果做焗腰果,又要不要先飛水?還有什麼要注意?
你好👋入焗爐焗腰果,我會將它沖沖水,然後印乾水份,放入焗爐,將它舖平,用170度爐火預熱焗爐8至10分鐘,待爐熱,將腰果放入,焗15至20分鐘左右,其間約8分鐘用义子將腰果炒弄一下,以防腰果被焗焦,待色澤微黃,便可關火,停在爐裡5分鐘取出待涼,金黃鬆脆的腰果便完成,當然每個焗爐的火力不一樣,焗的時候最好時刻関照著,給你的焗的時間祇供參考,謝謝支持😊💕
