The Chieftains mechanic has to be my favorite part of Tamurkhan's faction, allowing you to create the ultimate mix faction army with Nurgle Daemons, Nurgle Warriors of Chaos, Norsca monsters and Fimir, Beastmen, and Chaos Dwarfs.

The Rotten Riders RoR also have Causes Terror, whereas normal Rot Knights only have Causes Fear.

I just know I'm gonna spend hours thinking and building my armies when I get this DLC, I love this kind of "grand alliance" factions and making thematic armies out of them.
I'm thinking Chaos Warriors with Chorfs gun support and artillery must be invincible. Meanwhile I don't know how good a beastmen+werewolfs army would be but I REALLY want to find out.
I can't exactly figure out what to do with the Fimir (which is very in character for them) so I'll just stick him into Tamurkhan's army, Fimir are my favourite race anyway let's give them the spotlight.
