I’m working on resolving some facia issues to release chronic pain and help my yoga practice. This was very helpful.

Found your presentation on Life 360 Summit. Completely validates the how I feel in my body. Had hernia surgery a while back and suffered chronic physical and emotional trauma growing up. Yoga and weed have put me on course to better health. I'm interested in flying to Arizona for treatment sessions. I did visit your website. What would can you bring to my health therapy regiment that I'm not already doing? Thanks

We are healing from within using proprietary Tai Chi derived techniques on fascia. Myofascial restriction is real.

    I hate that pulling sensation

So what IS it that pulls there... It ain't a green person following us around

Your fascia, the cobweb structure she refers to has become bound (tangled/knoted) so it pulls like she demonstrates.

The pulls can start due to trauma surgery or compensation pattern (such as a specific sport), your body then adapts and keeps building on these restrictions, simply because Fascia, just like muscle and bone will build based on load (how you move sit stand sleep) ... by the time people come to see us... the problem is so severe it is now hurting them limiting them, and affecting their life.

Can dry needling cause more damage than good to releasr trigger points?

Trigger points cause the vast majority of pain on the planet.

Gordon Wallis I’ve found that treating trigger points then myofascial issues while cultivating an educated body via Feldenkrais gives me the best results.

Stephen Hawley , well whatever works works. But any manual therapy system that ignores trigger points, is dearly lacking. I see the results of those systems on a daily basis. Here is recent example of a woman that went through a year of needless pain, because none of the professionals she went to for help, thought about trigger points. ruclips.net/video/Na-eHeU3J3E/видео.html

Gordon Wallis I wasn’t saying that trigger points can be ignored. You offered up what I know to be useful information so I added what I do in that spirit.

Stephen Hawley , I understand. That comment was mostly for those that think fascia fascia fascia
