    How long would you say this was cooking before wrapped in foil?

      You can leave for as little of an hour to take on smoke up to 2 hours it probly take on much more after the 2 hour mark

    Hi can you give me a link to the deflector plate you got off eBay. I can only find them at £25. ☹️

      Look on my earlier RUclips video there is a link on one of them but you have to also buy the hangers for the plate, I'd pay the 25 and get the all in one that you have seen lot less hasle

      Buy a 10 Euro pizza stone and cut it down to 20cm. Easy and much better than a steel plate.

      Think it was a cheapo supermarket pork shoulder. They're super lean. A good quality one would have yielded much better results.
