My brother and I wild camped fairly regularly in this cutting very close to spot with my 2 nephews!!! There was a fox who barked most of night he was so angry we were hammocking in his patch! We are born and bred Ansty and knew Mr Rothen senior and junior they used to deliver our house coal by boat because we live so close to the canal. Landslide bound to happen eventually with ageing infrastructure and trees getting killed by ivy that is not controlled. How will a charity afford to sort this out? This is why we need a waterways board perhaps?

In the small area where I filmed I think I saw 5 other land slips so lots of work required . Thank you for the comment
