I got on to your channel to set up a power nap up get a restart so if be motivated to get my work done. Got distracted and watched this instead. It worked. Not only am I ready to start my day but I am really jazzed for improving my life.
Your channel is vital in my life right now. What you've done for my productivity and mental health surpasses any pills I've ever taken. Words can not express how thankful I am. You have given me tools to not just survive but thrive. I recommend your channel to everyone I meet and can't wait to utilize the docs! binaural beats for social anxiety
They aren't really that specific. Any beats that help you relax will reduce anxiety ... if you have to actually "be social" I wouldn't go to Delta or Theta as you might be sleepy and find it hard to talk!
Hi Jody, I have a question for ya, if our brain speed is lower than a brainwave we want to hear, so we can't discern the wobble anymore, is the beat still effective?
Well, that's the question! I would say "no," but only proper lab testing (with numerous subjects, EEG recordings, etc.) could say for sure.
@@bestbinauralbeats interesting, I usually can't discern around the 32 hz mark but would love to try to achieve gamma states. Would you recommend alternative brainwave entrainment like isochronic tones? I've become fascinated with it since finding your videos 👍
Personally I find isochronic tones really annoying, but if binaural beats can't actually get into the Gamma range ... ?
I don't personally believe a lot of the claims about Gamma but certainly need to research it myself.

I really love having my kids home. I love that they don't have to produce and jump through hoops for teachers.. I love that because of the stress of the change the teachers were much more lenient. I love that my husband got to stay home to and still receive pay at a 30% cut but it was nice to have been home. Love that I seemed to be saving money because I wasn't going out either. I also was able to support some online retail artist that I probably wouldn't have found otherwise... And consider myself partially your guardian angel over them.. Because there is no reason to buy what I did.other than support ... And also to bring how to do crypto currency fairly well❤

Can you make a progressive beta to gamma focus video/track or a alpha-beta-gamma.
Online I just find insanely high frequency without proper progression.
I might be wrong, feel free do educate me :) .
There are a lot of claims about gamma and I'm going to be looking through them with an actual neuroscientist.

Are you using any filters or enhancers perchance? I've found the one by Dolby to be super-aggressive at increasing the volume of background music.
I think Johann Hari's statements are a bit controversial in the scientific world. I think it may be interesting to dive deeper into discussions about addictions.
Human behavior is a complicated thing for sure. A solid social life leads to a much happier human overall, though!
This reminds me of this study where they laced water with cocaine (or something else highly addictive) to study the behaviour of rats.
Don't bugger me with the specifics but it went something like this:
In a boring cage with just a plain water bottle and a water bottle laced with coke the rats all got addicted and died.
Then they made a "rat paradise", where the rats had companions to play and cuddle with and all the toys and snacks they wanted and enough stimulation to never ever be bored.
They also placed both bottles in this cage, but none of the rats got addicted tot the cocaine one.
Conclusion was that being addicted is in a lot of cases a sad outcome of something else missing in life. Which explains why people hardly get sober when nothing else changes in their life.
Hey Jody i have a question: can you pls make a power nap Binaural beat 30-45 minutes long that helps me to practice WILD? It should have a little deep sleep phase in the beginning to calm down enough to have a stable/clear/deep dream but shouldnt go so deep that you go unconscious (i should be able to stay awake in my mind but very relaxed). This would be perfect. (sry for my kind of bad english im from germany)

@@clowncookiehd3476 Darling, Wild happens in Rem stage. and he has a lot of tracks like that.Also if im not dumb he's being requested a lot that he needs to make lucid dreaming specific tracks.(I hope you understand wild is just a fancy name for controlled lucid dreaming)

They might help, but only if you're sleeping. But you already know I have lots of tracks to help you get more deep sleep (where most muscle repair happens). :)

Nice video. I’m not sure if you have a mental illness, but this video really comes off as “for neurotypicals, by neurotypicals.” (Neurotypicals= people who don’t have mental illnesses.) I do a lot of this stuff to manage depression and anxiety, including watching your videos. But I still need medication on top of that to remain functional. A lot of the stuff you quoted in the diet section really came off as saying that diet changes can totally replace medication, and for a lot of people that isn’t true. There is enough stuff out there shaming people for having to take meds for their mental health, I am disappointed to see that you are perpetuating that.
