I was determined to vote just to put on my ballot paper "None of the above". However, after listening to all sides of the argument I have decided to abstain from voting. The system is broken and needs to go.

Ireland has been overrun by immigrants. They can't house their own people and record numbers of indigenous families are homeless. Cost of living is scandalous and rents are obscene. The only way to be safe is to vote in people who care about the indigenous population and the UKs culture and values. No one is coming to save the UK as no one cares - they all have similar problems.

Credit unions could play a bigger part in a satisfactory banking system than they do at present. They are locally present and could be extemely useful to local people and communities.

I do shop small, local and as organic as possible to family farmers and business' but I only use cash for every thing. Unfortunatly I have to get paid through a bank but I with draw all my money at once and do not do dd for any bills. I know cash isn't great these days but it's better that dd's and online for the moment

Seeing as the worlds going down the pan, all over who has the most money, i would suggest that separating governments and money (much like we separated church and state way back) solves tons (all?!) of problems. If you need anything fixed ill take cryptos or metals as payment!

Its a Debt based system - Money is created as Debt. With private companies creating the money out of thin air ans then charging interest - its not only unfair - but bound to fail in the longterm.

Create a Government-issued currency (debt- and interest-free) and locked to GDP. This gives the people incentive to increase its value and voters the opportunity to participate in setting the economy of the country.

All of these ideas are workable and interesting. However the thing that stands in the way of all of these possibilities and real change is the debt that every nation and every person has. This is the chain around our necks that makes us obey, as individuals and as nations. Free the debt...free the possibilities.

If you do not vote you remove yourself from the system and by implication you have not consented. Voting for an unlawful maritime legalese legislative system is all you are doing if you vote for any party.

So sorry your interviews will be moving to rumble, although I fully understand why. But I can't get Rumble on my old iPad.... To buy a new one or not, that is the question....When I stopped listening to Radio 4 in 2020 the iPad became my replacement for the radio.

I'm not voting either. Like you say, Richard, if you vote in their system then you're saying you agree with it. I have also written to try and get myself taken off the electoral register. My first letter was apparently not received, so I sent it again, by Signed For post. I have not had a reply yet (a week later) but am hopeful that it has worked, as I have not had any electoral communications addressed to me, whereas my husband has.

Richard, you are absolutely right 100% BUT....we cannot do this overnight. Not probably even in the next 5 years because you need everyone on board, and that's never going to happen. So, in the meantime, until this is in place, there will still be a Government. So please vote Reform.....just this once, if that's how you feel, because our lives will be better under Reform than Labour, while we are selling your ideas to the rest of the people.

1 issue with going back to silver and gold is counterfeit coins. Its hard to tell the difference without really expensive quality checking machines
There are simple chemical tests used by jewellers which are cheap and portable.
There are many cheap and accessible ways to test if your silver and gold is genuine or fake.
We still haven’t got the new King Charles currency with the king’s head on it yet 👑 …

You already covered the alternative credit based money when you interviewed the man explaining Goldbacks. Which IS exactly that. A credit based money, each note containing in it a 1/10.000 of a Troy Oz of gold. What is important is that I can pay you for something with a money we both know is legitimate. As in, not Monopoly money.
I have a lot of hope that we can have British notes that are Legal Tender, meaning I can pay a bill or even taxes with it.

Experiments with local currencies have been run in a number of places in the UK. There are many that are now defunct but some, including the EKO which was established for the Findhorn Ecovillage near the turn of the millennium are still active.
Could be an interesting series to explore the history of these systems of payment and the pros and cons that have led to the success or failure of them over the years.

We could have devices in every home where we could vote for a policy, just by pressing a button (just like they have in 'who wants to be a millionaire'). This method could be used for locally made decisions and for national ones. This could do away with 'parties'. Yay.
Until a refusal to vote (granting consent) is given legal recognition/authority then not voting is just a waste of a vote.

Most communities could become more independant, if they used an Inchoate Instrument system and work together for a common need, An Inchoate Instrument is a form of barter that is a contract between the individual and his or her labour, if effect their labour is the new currency, true currency.

Why do we have taxation? It doesn't pay for anything it simply is for control to bind us to their monopoly money or be fined/lose possessions/go to jail. They can instantly borrow money into existence to pay for anything they want to fund such as bank bailouts, c0v1d schemes. But for us we have exchange our labour/ideas/assets for this debt based money which will always lose value as more debt has to be created to pay the future interest payments debt+interest > debt.
