After cell saga he stopped using his true Saiyan power witch is why it's so weak he needs to stop using trash unleashed potential and go back to his roots then he can be x10 stronger can't reach blue if he can't even manage to master ssj like truly master it to the point we're it's stronger than ssj3 like Goku and vegeta

It's nothing like that, it was the device controlling him that gave that green/blue colour of hair. That's why in the 2nd movie he has no longer green hair in ssj and lssj
