for me i just hear hitsounds everytime i go to sleep, everytime i hear a song theres hitsounds to it now, and whenever im in a quiet place i can hear the hitsounds as well.

God i was thinking that i am the only that have "osu schizophrenia" becuz always when i play i am thinking about some situation from real life very often akward situations or some very stressing like my brain want me to miss want me to stress overall like this happend to me not only while playing osu but in osu too
I had anxiety in past and idk did i have it still probably yes but not that much that i used to but this voices overtime stop being idk a very big problem to me but still i was thinking that i am the only that have something like that but fortunately there is other people hehehe

I'm not sure who it was, but a top player from 2014 in Brazil had this issue too. He had to put his music so loud that he could barely hear the voices. He eventually got Tinnitus, the perception of sound that does not have an external source, so other people cannot hear it (ex. ringing in your ear 24/7.), It's very sad.
