Nothing like a cinema set where lengths and diameters are similar throughout the ranges. Nothing worse than the hodge podge of a Heinz 57 setup. 3:30 different diameters and 3:51 different spacing of rings mean no easy swapping for lenses with matt boxes and control motors - at least the slip on rings save wear on the lens.
This is so easily passed off by simply attaching step up rings on all your kit and then simply sliding the matte box over that same size- as for diameter for follow focus yes, its not the same. But its still better optics than the CP2s and a fraction of the cost
This is such a small price to pay when you can save and buy this 4-lens kit for literally 50% less than the CP.3 line. I believe it is the PolarPro matte box with the rubberized mask would be the perfect resolve for filtration for this kit of lenses.
Excellent comparison, very informative. May I ask what exact size Super 35 sensor are you using here so I can gauge field of view?
Hi, what about focus breathing? There’s a focus rack of an 85mm in one shot, looks good, but what about the others?
Nice video. I never thought of looking at these to pair with an Eva1. But I will look into it more now.
Just what I was looking for. Why are the blacks so milky? Is it possible to get inkier blacks out of the Milvus lenses?
We need an autofocus Otus quality lens for mirrorless cameras.
Schade das es keine RF Anschluss gibt. Wird es bald kommen?
