The Cinderella that comes out from behind the closet with the pink dress is another actress. If you notice the faces of both are different. Not to mention that the transformation would have to happen one way or another, so what they did was something very smart. Use a different actress just for the scene with the dress being ripped and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo.
