Going to say this now: no one in my 30 plus years of watching cricket has caught the ball better, or made catching look ridiculously easy. Learn from this man, young 'uns.

I met a few of the Players at an Early Opener in Waterloo just down from the SCG, gave me a tip of picking up and throwing in a motion, rather than picking up focusing then throwing , the secret … is once again timing go in with soft hands , as your running to pick up the ball glance at the stumps a second before you actually pick up , this is the key " Don’t Think " " your natural sporting talent that we all train for, will kick in, instinctively , sub consciously, reach down pick up the ball and turn throw at the same time , timing soft hands and relax into the motions and your skill will take over, with no thought at all "…
Back when the Test stars played half a Shield season as well, they were the days.
