Can you speak to the problems new home owners are finding with their new construction homes after moving in. Been seeing stories about cheap materials being used.
None of my clients have had significant issues to my knowledge. Luckily, the county is inspecting these homes as they're built and issuing a CO prior to closing so every home built here is built to county standards.
Always good to see your videos Will, keep it up! 🙋♂ Btw, are you currently seeking video editors or a thumbnail designer to enhance viewers, retention, or CTR? If yes, May I send you a previous work sample?
If one were to purchase land in Greenville/Greer/TR/Easley area and wanted to build, is there a law/requirement that the house has to be a certain style or square footage?
@@gvlrealestate Typically I like an old school home, I'm not into open spaces and modern style or craftsman. However, I have 2 builds that I'm contemplating. A small lakeside cabin or a bottom floor all garage built into a hill so when you walk into the backyard from the house, it's even with the yard. I'm very specific in what I want. I fell in love with Greenville last year it's a dream to live there.
the thing i like about a brand new home is NO TREES at all! if there were any trees on site, no matter how big or satanic, they were cut down. trees are of the devil!!!

If the lot has restrictions, yes. If it doesn’t, nope! What do you want to build?

Trusting their Lender may not be a great idea
Interesting. My experience with their lenders have been positive but I like my lenders to also quote so that the NC lender knows they’re competing
