Ultimately it's up to you but for older guys like me whom brain's 🧠 are a little slow before our morning coffee ☕ and medicine 💊, breaking it down in 2'parts are perfect...🤔😇😇
Thanks, I'm glad you found it helpful. Making beats without the samples is definitely a different process but I think its worth trying just to build up different skills and learn another part of music creation
i wasn't expecting ssomething that hard. for the next video i think you should show what kontakt bank you used (i've seen it in the comment but it would be better inside the video directly)
Sounds good 8th! I prefer both cook up and breakdowns. Also, if you could show your hands on camera as they play your gear whether it’s a midi keyboard, pads, etc that would be cool. I sent you a brand partnership opportunity to your email, if you have any questions let me know.
Appreciate the support. I could possibly make that happen, I'll have to practice playing some stuff in though as I'm primarily a mouse user when it comes to music. Also got the email, I'll read through it later today
@@Prod8th 👍🏾 sounds like a plan! Yes I know people who use the mouse too. When I first saw the video, I thought you were both playing a controller and using the mouse.
Peace, if you still havent found an electric sitar : Omnisphere 2 has a patch for the electric sitar I believe(dont quote me), I know Orange Tree sells a library and they have some of the best guitars from what I've heard, For me personally I suggest using either the Kontakt Factory Selection's Sitar and adding guitar rig or other effects to try and mimic the sound or any other Sitar library, let me know if you end up finding it
@@Prod8th thanks man for the help. I decided I'll go the route with Kontakt's built in sitar + the India instrument collection I picked up has one as well. I think could get pretty close to what I need with these.
@@Prod8th it's good. I bought the whole world collection on sale because I'm looking at incorporating middle eastern instruments into some funk productions and I needed a sitar so I got everything. They sound good enough to be used in production and have common musical phrases or patterns whether drum or melodic instrument
Do you guys prefer cookup videos or finished breakdowns more?

Do you know where we can get the electric sitar sound from? I'm trying to create something inspired by The Stylistics "You are everything"
