I have the on3 kit and stock bottom end was just tired and snapped 2 rods and it was a REAL good catastrophic failure....It was on 7lbs of boost, and it made 354whp @4,500rpm when it exploded. Honestly I'm not 100% sure because I had it hooked up to the car already when I programmed it. But I'm going to say yes you SHOULD be able to program it out of the car. But you need to test it once it's wired into the car anyhow.
Stock fuel pump my dude. You don't need anything crazy for fuel just for cams unless you plan to push over like 350+ which just cams will maybe get you 300whp IF that

The 98 GT's have non PI heads, so you'll have to either notch the pistons or get a smaller cam.
How does the software work? Do you connect the box to the computer and select what you want it to do then hook it up to the car?
