    ・Potato starch
    ・Oil
    ・300ml water
    ・2tbsp Soy sauce
    ・2tbsp Mirin
    ・1tsp Hondashi
    ・Radish (if you like)
    ・Green onion (if you like)

    Looks delicious! Is this recipe suitable for most/all tofu or are there some variants that it wouldn't work with?

      Thank you for your comment! Any tofu is fine if you get rid of the excess water. I recommend firm tofu :-)
