I woke up this morning just tired and sore from doms from a barre class 3 days ago, fatigue from deep cleaning the house for about 5 days and disrupted sleep over the past 2 nights and was so grateful that this was the class for today. Energy is low but I’m committed to the challenge and this was such a welcome sight and experience.
Sometimes, it’s amazing how things come to you when you need them to. I‘ve graduated from school and felt incredibly tense due to all of the pressure. I never thought I’d enjoy Yoga, yet here I am… Thank you so much, even just these few days have taught me so much about my body and mind! Looking forward to the next 2 weeks ^^
Congratulations on graduating from high school. You have a wonderful life ahead of you. Always keep a positive mindset. Trust the Yoga Journey. Life is forever changing. I started practicing yoga when I was in high school. My friends and family would laugh at me because Yoga was not mainstream, and almost unheard of, but I kept practicing. Now, I am 77 years old, and still roll out my yoga mat every morning. I had no idea, when I picked up a yoga book, and saw all the strange yoga poses, it would take me on a beautiful journey. Now with the internet, I can practice with yoga teachers all over the world. Stay happy and healthy, and never stop moving. Flexibility and movement is the fountain of youth.

I saw the short video that you uploaded on finding the right spot to balance on the head for a head stand. I tried it and was able to do a head stand with my legs tucked. I am so happy right now. thank you. You are the best❤❤

A perfect round up for me today. I can never say this enough Charlie. The cadence, pitch, speed and choice of words in your mellifluous voice, is immensely compelling. Almost hypnotic. As I tend to do anything in Duracell bunny mode, and need instruction and/or music when doing any activity, your guided body scan during savasana almost lifted me off the mat! So beautiful, thank you so much Charlie😊🙏🏻
I appreciated how you pointed out to observe if we were pushing, and to see if maybe we needed less rather than more today. "It is about serving your body." 🙌🏽 Blissful shavasana time. ❤
Can I say before I even start the flow is that I needed this. Charlie this has been kicking my butt in the shoulders especially. TOUGH LOVE. I was already doing yoga practically daily before June. Hello!!!! I miss ur classes! 😊 👋🌞I’ve had SI joint/low back issues and had to stop! So happy there were a couple classes I could do in this new series and I’m slowly building back into some of your other classes here! Would love to see a class specifically for SI joint/ low back issues after the challenge is done, where we could still get a workout avoiding the bad stuff and stretching things to help those areas as well…because I think a lot of women have those issues. Thanks so much!❤😊
That was one of THE bBEST closings I've done in awhile. I love how u went thru each body part from head to toe. I could feel each part just melt as u said them. It was great !!! Thank you so much for all the hard work you do !!!
I flipped day 16 and 17 around since yesterday was my leg day at the gym, my gosh it was perfect! This restorative practice is exactly what I needed for my sore body before I go into work, thank you 🙏
Day 16 completed 😊 Today i was feeling anxious and stressed....but lucky me today's practice was mainly about calming body and observing it... combining today's section With my pranayam and meditation practice I feel good, light and calm.... perfect for me to start my morning 🌅

Perfect practice for hot and nastily stuffy day, which is not so good for more energetic exercise/practice, but perfect for stretching and a bit of muscle and mind regenerating❤. Thank you, Charlie!🌹🌹🌹🍀
