Those piano solos between the exercices are great!
My first time doing flow studies...I love your lesson and tips of life...each note had a color and with your track I was able to treat each note differently like they all were an entity in themselves...thank you..I tried not to break in between..I will add this to my morning exercise love it!!!!

Implementing this into my 2 hour practice routine. I'm a freshman in highschool and I'm auditioning for state band next year + plan to go to state during solo ensemble so I'm taking time to really focus on the fundamentals this summer. I'm playing through these until I double buzz or crack a note or don't play with good tone and then I repeat whatever group I was on and stop there for the day. Got to Group F 1.6 today, I'll hopefully check in a couple of months before school starts with progress:)
