😆😆 Thanks Elias. Yep, I'm limited by my 32 bit laptop but I'm working on the basis that " if it isn't broken then don't try and fix it" 😆😆. And it still boots up and runs quicker than any of the windows 10 machines we have in the house 😆. Think ill stick with it for now 😆. Thanks for watching 😁 👍
Do you use air assistant? Nice explanations, but I think the air assistant with a pump compatible, allied to the honeycomb, bring the perfect results, don't you?
😁 I 100% agree 😁. I have an air assist for my Sculpfun S9 now but haven't fitted it yet. I did make a temporary air assist setup for a project a while ago and it did make a difference so I think it is the way forward 😁. Thanks for watching 😁 👍
@@frankslittleworkshopdo you uploaded a video or some tutorial? Here in Brazil, Two Trees Laser Cut have a good price, but honeycomb and air assistant system accessories are so expensive. Thanks for the quicly reply, all success to you dude
@@kchassa_ 😁 Hopefully I will be making an "air assist install" video as soon as I get the opertunity. The kit I have got was on special offer when I purchased it, but generally here in the UK they are quite expensive, and it is the same with the honeycomb, but the price is slowly reducing 😁👍
🤔 Sounds like you have an issue there. I assume it is a 10W version so should be capable of cutting through up to about 15mm (with multiple passes). I can only assume that it is not correctly focused so the beam area is too large. Or that your lense is dirty or burned. If these are both OK then the output of the laser must be lower than the expected 10W. You may need a new laser module 🤔. Let me know how you get on. Thanks for watching 😁 👍
This was a very helpful video, thank you!
@allyxkelley9409 😁 Thanks Allyx, it makes such a difference to the cuts. Well worth the investment 😁. Thanks for watching 😁 👍

your S-value needs to be set. Google how to set S-value to "1000" in your software and it will be fixed
