My worry is: is it easy to rent out the room(I know students do prefer live with young people), and what price I can get?
Hey Qing, I would be more than happy to help you with that. The rent price would be on the lower end around $700-750 per month. It would be difficult to rent a bedroom as most students would prefer to live with the other students, why don't your parents look at purchasing a 1 bedroom instead, you can a nice 1 bedroom under 500k. @QingzhongChen-dl4om I agree 2 bedrooms tend to do better than 1 bedrooms.
