If they did clone ace and Luffy I don't think the world government would be able to control them and I believe that they would find Luffy and Join him Luffy's personality is all about freedom and i could see his clone being the same and I think Luffy would Adopt them as his son's he would probably name them with his crew's help and the best names would probably be from nami and jubay it would be fun to watch how Luffy would raise the clones of himself and Ace 🤔😄😊
In less vegapunk had the clone hidden away and Secretly put the information on luffy's ship to find the clone and decide it's fate and I think Luffy would Adopt his clone which would make for some Hilarious moments with the crew😊

Clone joyboy only problem with this is vegapunk stated that the gomu gomu no mi don't exist in the devil fruit encyclopaedia which would imply that he know it not a paramecia fruit and he also stated that ancient zoan are harder to make that why kaido fruit the only one made and it was apparently a failure
I think if the world government did clone Luffy the clone would turn on the world government it probably would Join Luffy and probably be like a son to Luffy and the world government would go nuts and panic and I can see Luffy finding the clone in a lab and being the one to awaken the little guy thinking he was cut and wondering wondering if he was ever that cute and deciding to keep him it would be funny to see how the crew reacts 😊
