I seen a stock Bronco Raptor zoom down a mountain road and without slowing down, whipped it off the shoulder of the road, over a ditch onto a parallel trail, still at speed. I'm talking a scenario that would severely damage a car or crossover and damage (at least) something on any other stock off-road 4x4. It was how effortless it all looked for the Bronco Raptor, that stayed so stable and absorbed it like it was nothing, reminding me of a trophy truck, or something.

Dealer near me had one marked up to $130k. Sold the 2nd day. At first I thought the dealers was pretty greedy and price gouging on all the markups. But I can’t say I blame them. It’s the people paying the markup that is the problem.
Neither dealer or customer to blame. It is supply and demand.
@@paulm6481 even in a country like India the cars are sold on MRP...... why would your government allow dealers to markup the price of cars
@@VirtualTech Why should government be involved. Governments are root cause of all evil. Businesses will reach a balance with demand eventually when there are no more Covid supply chain related issues. Till then, business is charging more because limited supply, basic economics.
@@paulm6481 that's the problem..... in my country whatever the reason companies for example Toyota have their own dealerships which sell their cars and whatever the demand is they are not allowed to overcharge people or change the MSRP
@@VirtualTech I guess I only look at basic commodities as something that government needs to be involved in with some level of oversight. That means electricity, water, heating gas. EVerything else is not a necessity. Is having a new Toyota a necessity? I don't believe so. Here post Covid you have to pay market adjustments to dealer if you want a new Toyota truck or SUV. If you don't like it, you can still buy used (plenty of used vehicles available). At some point Toyota will make enough vehicles again for everyone. Already, I see lot fuller than they were last two years, though still not 100% full
I was tuned into the Braptor before it was announced and called/texted my dealer often. I got an order in minutes after the Braptor orderbook opened on 3/8/22 with the help of a very diligent young salesperson. My order was taken by FMC I believe because the the dealership had another customer with an earlier regular Bronco order in turn down the Golden Ticket offer. Anyway I now have a VIN assignment and projected build week of 2/13/23 on a Iconic Silver loaded one. I feel very fortunate to have a great local dealer who’s helped me. And at MSRP!

Even the manufacturer demo vehicle has a cracked windshield. Hopefully they improve the quality of the windshield by the time I get my Bronco. And a quick note needs to be added that the MSRP is already higher than you state in this video. '23 is about 5K USD higher than the '22 model year.

I think the '24 is at $88k base price. Just with the one or two options I selected is at $92k.

Acceptable given the capability! With doors and roof that comes off it’s fairly noisy anyways but I didn’t mind it

Fomoco needs to build a Ford expedition raptor edition.
I also think those black fenders look cheap. Ford should at least give option to have it painted. We know most people will never take this package on rough roads. Too expensive for that.
It’s a hell of a machine but at that price point due to markups it’s better options in the market . I wouldn’t get this at $130k but I would at msrp

That is a good looking vehicle and you should trade your Audi for it. I am concerned about Bronco reliability though.
