You could round the corners of the holes or stylize it differently. It doesn't have to be a perfectly rectangular shape. Make it easier to layer this over top of the videos since you have less control over the video cropping capabilities in the ATEM software. You could also add creative borders to the videos this way. Can't do that in the ATEM software. You can use any image as a DSK but no the SuperSource is it's own input on the ATEM.
You can choose foreground or background when designing a supersource in the atem software. When using this graphic template I’m providing you’d set it to use the graphic in one of your media players and then you’d set supersource to be foreground so that the image was laying over top of your inputs. So yes, it could be considered an overlay if you use the foreground setting.
how u determine the location of the graphic in photoshop..for instance if i create a 3 box with the box in the middle being bigger. how u recreate n photoshop with exact size and location... thnx
I’m not sure I understand what you’re trying to do. If you create three boxes in photoshop, you can place them wherever you wish. If you want to align them you’ll need to use the photoshop rulers and snapping tools to distribute the boxes evenly. But all placement eventually will happen in the atem supersource settings in the software control.
@@tedz2000 well the supersource is fully customizable in the atem software up to 4 boxes. You can position them anywhere within the 1920x1080 frame using the X and Y axis as well as cropping. So there’s no preset needed. You can simply customize it any way you want.
Thanks Zephan, really appreciate your contents. You are definitely one of my go to channels.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks Zephan, it's very useful. Works like a charm !
What is the benefit of cutting holes? You could but the background behind cameras? Is it to be able to use a dsk?

Wouldn’t the supersource actually be an overlay?
