i've played / been a fan of Sacred 2 for over a decade and in that entire time i have never met a single other person who has even heard of it. I think it has the best soundtrack of any video games i've played to date
i just picked up the game on my xbox yesterday and heard this song had to look it up and it did not disappoint

Ja, ich habe Sacred2 mit jedem Charakter rauf und runter gespielt, ich liebe dieses Spiel noch heute. Und der Auftritt von Blind Guardian hatte immer so ein Gefühl vom alten Lager und In Extremo. Wusste nicht, daß sie es jemals live gespielt haben.
Seit geraumer Zeit spielen sie es immer als 1. im Encore. Ich hab sie letzten Oktober in Wien gesehen. War einfach nur herrlich! 🤘🤘🤘

Too bad.. he is losing the high notes. Damn... it's so hard to keep them while aging. I lost my high pitch in the last two years and it really hurts.. ;(((((

Maybe he's losing the hight notes but in 10 seconds he changed the vocal register 5 times ( at song end) ! He's terrific and the voice control wonderful. In addition, Hansi has gained expression and life experiences give him more emotions to put in his performances: he is a complete artist
listen to judas priest. even the legendary rob helford has lost part of his high voice calibre.
Hansi isn't even that old. it's more the touring that does the damage, not age per se. the amount of strain metal vocalists put on their voices throughout their lives is immense.
He's not. those high notes simply put a lot of strain on your voice. you can't constantly do them on long tours and blind guardian toured a lot after they released beyond the red mirror. Nobody can constantly do such high screams as hansi does in the studio.
