I will alway remember this game, it is the first racing video game i bought on the playstation system before playstation 2 even came out. I bought it again......I don't regret it....alot of memory.
hey i have 3 questions ^^ do you Play it WIth ePSXe ? Recorded With Fraps or Hyper Cam 2? i have the prob. my recordings dosent have sound :( if u use Hyper cam tell me a Great setting ^^ and to your video : my favorite car from the beginner cars with the Skyline :D "Like it"
@CrocodileFunkee ACTUALLY, ahe-hem, it's NOT luck. the AI is on something called RUBBER-BAND physics. basically they're magnetized to your car. i've found out how the psx series all uses rubber band, and now i get first place EVERY TIME. no joke. not to mention the high scores. from the looks of youtube, the programmers outsmarted the gamers with test drive. i still play the three last games for psx, they're quite immersive.

@nfsYT It's Test Drive 5, the most unfair and lucky-based game on PS1. This kind of stuff will happen to everyone. You have to be god in order to win every single time in this game. Well, it's still much better game than Need For Speed.
You are not right. In this game you have to control your actual rpm before taking a corner (its better to reduce gear) use your throttle carefully and not all the time like in all those shitty need for speed games. This guy also forgot to use cornering technique (i thought that ereryone know it after playing gran turismo series). Generally its a great game

@MangaTuner2009, I'm playing this game with a real Playstation and using Pinnacle Video Transfer (actual recording tool). No need for emulators...

I dug up the PSX version of Test Drive 5, after playing the PC version a lot as a kid. It felt so bullshit and luck-based in comparison.
