Looking to get my first dry herb vape, should I save to get something better or should I go ahead and try this? Kinda interested
Does the weed have to be grinded in a grinder - or just breaking it up nicely with hand will do ?
A grinder will result in more vapor density & efficiency due to exposed surface area. Breaking up with fingers may preserve more terps, but decrease efficiency. Both viable with this device. Vapor production not the best but very portable and convenient

I find it's better to grind it ,but I don't have a grinder. I use a credit card looking thing that's got the grinder made into the surface and it works well. If you don't have the right grind, and don't pack it properly, you will not get good results. Don't tightly pack it, but make sure the chamber is slightly packed. Turn it up to high and take long slow drags. Enjoy 😉

Is this used for dab and herb?
Only dry herb. No tobacco. Gotta be ground up really fine for best results. I love mine.
Is there away to attach somthing to this device to take a rip? Its gets way too hot for me and I get the best hits on red

@@ExKlaus What I do is make a adapter out of vapor safe silicone tube, 18mm glass male to whip adapter, and attach my dash to it. You have to remove the outer mouthpiece shell and take out the z mouthpiece and silicone & screen. I then I attach a silicone tube to the Z mouthpiece and silicone screen, and the 18mm male to whip to that. I push the mouthpiece ibto the dash after filling the bowl. I plug this into my rig or an extended glass mouthpiece. The thing with my lowbudget setup is that you have to stay mindful of the mouthpiece and how much pressure you apply as it can fall off. Also the z mouthtip gets very hot during use. This is what I personally do, try at your own risk. Once I find a better way ill let you know.

No. Dry herb only and no tobacco.
Honestly G Pen has really degraded in terms of quality.
Bought an original GPen dry herb vape pen back in 2015 and it lasted me until 2019. Purchased a new one, obviously upgraded from the 2015 version, and it broke within a month. The mouthpiece got hot like lava, the bottom fell out, exposing the battery, and the button to turn it on and change the heat settings stuck and now takes numerous clicks to turn on. Not to mention the herb chamber is way smaller and the entire mouthpiece has to be replaced when the screen gets cakey from resin (whereas the old one you could just buy new screens). -_- idk if I’m going to purchase any more products from them.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I heard similar stories to yours around the internet about gpen dry herb vapes. Ive been giving gpen a chance ever since I got my gpen connect - i really like that one (not dry herb). The dash can definately vape your herbs but if I had to rate it i would give it a 3/5. The price and stealth factor is the most appealing. Like if your tolerance is low and you only need 1 bowl to get you medicated, than boy is this thing stealthy and portable.
The letter "H" in herb is silent, Erb....

This wont produce smoke. It is meant to only gently heat up your herbs for vaporization. The effects will still be there, but very little visible vapor.
