You can insert the magazine when the barrel is shut you just leave the last position marked 0 on the magazine without a pellet, the way you are doing it makes it an 11 shot magazine which is totally unnecessary ATB Dave

Ideal throw in the back of the land rover rifle, does what it says on the tin and it sounds to have some thump at the target end too. Ideal budget workhorse, what more do you need.

My magazine jammed up after about 100 shots. The hammer fired a pellet and one side of the plastic sections that separated the pellets. So I've probably got some plastic stuck in the baffles. Thankfully the baffles are removable, so I'll get around to that at some point. Mine is also only achieving 8 ft-lb which is pretty crap especially given I've seen footage of these rifles achieving about 11 ft-lb as stated on this link at 18:22 mins ruclips.net/video/Myu9cQsL8dU/видео.html
Diesel your pellets with military-grade oil or barbers oil. I can confirm the flaw in the magazines' separation chambers. The culprit is the magazine itself , being made of plastic. To remedy this on your future magazines apply silicone spray to the magazines. Use lint-free items to wipe away excess. You will be amazed at what your Crosman will do! I have the Rim-Fire .22 model. Continued success and safety ... love from Michigan.
@@stewiepid4385 I have many other rifle which all have plastic magazines and neither of those have had this problem. I also sent the rifle back to Crosman to have it repaired and they were unable to, so I received a refund and purchased a Gamo Maxxim Elite instead.

Velocity? The only down side to a gas piston... do they need to be replaced in short order like 3-5 years? Where as a spring doesn't? How long do the gas pistons last on the rear hatch of most cars? 3-5 years before they start to get weak. Maybe just maybe these gas pistons are a higher grade than used in the automotive industry granted, but still I am curious of the average life expectancy on average of them. No hate or disrespect at all just trying to gain some knowledge coming from the multi pump and PCP world.
How do the PCPs hold up? Do you ever have to take them in for tune up or maintenance? I'm looking to get a smallish PCP rifle or bullup or pistol in .22 and I will also be hand pumping. Is the PCP reliable with little maintenance? This is why I like the break barrels.

it has a benjamin np trail 2. baffle stack inside the portion that gives the impression of a muzzle brake. its an integrally suppressed air rifle.

The inside end of my barrel just broke out when I shot it. It's only been shot about a dozen times at the most. What happened??
Bin the little scope with the rifle,remove the rear sight and fit a decent 3-9×50 and shoot jsb' rs through it. Be even more impressed !!

Not good you can easily dry fire it a few shots dry fire can bugger the front piston seal up
Prefer the gamo
The only thing I like about this gun is it has open sights
The gamo are maybe better but they are coarse firing guns and need to be avoided if you pay cheep you get crap
