The Saturn V was _designed_ to be used once. That's why it was a success when it landed on the moon once. The titan sumbersible was designed to be used multiple times. Therefore, fact that it broke at all while still in use makes it a failure.

I found one hidden away in the hospital when I worked there and management told me to shut up about it and ended up firing me later because I called them out
